Had appointment that they changed

They said they will send an email or text the day before to lock in the time. They sent me the message and then when looking at time, it showed the next available install was another 2 weeks!! Yes they gave me back my money plus $100 but I had taken the day off to be at home when they came and that vacation time is worth lots more than the $100. Fortunately my friend came over and helped me and we got it done but just know that just because you have an appointment, does not mean it will be kept.
