    Paid 250.00 for set up. Sales told us to get all of our passwords ready. Delivery would program everything we had as far as streaming and put it on the new tv. He made it sound like every streaming setvice channel we had, had to be re-programmed to new tv. It took the delivery guy 2 minutes. All he had to do was program the remote control to the new tv. Sales lied to us and cost us 250.00 for that. Absolutely ridiculous!

    ...the tech did not install the wall mount evenly! After he left, and I was watching TV for a while, I noticed that the mount itself was mounted crooked on the wall! Sure enough, I put a level on the TV and on the mount itself, and it was about 1/2" to 3/4" off! It was so off, that he had the TV adjusted on the mount as far as it could go on one side of the mount [to get it as straight/level as he could]. Pretty sad that a tech and his manager cannot properly install a mount on a wall and use a level so everything is straight and level! If I wanted to get this fixed, they would have to drill new holes in my wooden wall, which I did not want them to do, as I did not want to put MORE holes in my wall! Other than that, my rockin' 75" VIZIO P-Series TV is up and the mount is secure.
