Better than doing it ourselves BUT room to improve

The set-up tech didn't get the legs out of the box before taking it...he's supposed to be running them back by but that was over a month ago!

No show. No apology

Extremely disappointing from BestBuy. At the second appointment, the team showed up on time, installed the TV and the TV wall mount and connected all my devices.

2 hours late

Had appointment that they changed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Waited 2 weeks for install and set up for the new outside TV with mount. They said they will send an email or text the day before to lock in the time. They sent me the message and then when looking at time, it showed the next available install was another 2 weeks!! Yes they gave me back my money plus $100 but I had taken the day off to be at home when they came and that vacation time is worth lots more than the $100. Fortunately my friend came over and helped me and we got it done but just know that just because you have an appointment, does not mean it will be kept.

Your installers did a terrible job and charged me

They stripped one of the holes that mount the tv to the bracket and overcharged me for the job they did. They charged 199.00 for a lessor job They did not connect any of my audio eqpt.
