Definitely worth the expense. Mounted perfectly, the first try.

First Appointment - I took the day off work. I received several reminders that someone was coming between 7 am and 1 pm. I even called at 9 am to see if they could give me an estimate of what time he'd show up. They couldn't, but said he was coming. I waited until 1:30 pm and then called again. I received a message that appointment had to be rescheduled because no TV was available for another week. This is unacceptable and I should be compensated for my time. They could have notified me of this situation much sooner, or at minimum the day before. Second Appointment - They guy shows up 2 hours early. Nice guy but rushes through installation, wouldn't give me a clear opinion on questions I asked (e.g. best height to put the TV on the wall), he does some things with our remote on his own (without explaining to us) and rushes off. He took a call while at our place and I even overheard him say he'll be finished in a few minutes, without asking us if we needed anything else (e.g. a walk-through of the TV and it's functionality). I wanted my old TV mounted in the bedroom also (there was time to do this). He said another appointment would have to be scheduled, which is fine. He said he would take care of setting it up and confirmed with me that Tuesday at 12 pm was ok for him to come back. I said yes and asked "are you sure I don't have to do anything?" He said "No. I will take care of setting up the appt and I'll be there Tuesday at noon!" And then he even asked for us to give him a good review. Third Appointment: I scheduled time off work again. Tuesday came and went and I still haven't seen or heard from the guy who promised to be here. More of my valuable time wasted. I am definitely not getting value out of purchasing the service and at minimum, I expect a full refund for the geek squad service package.

She even gave me a tip to make my other tv work better.

I do recommend. They are really good and did everything on time.

The personnel who mounted my 55" Flat TV did an outstanding job

The agent was suppose to mount a 55" LG Oled TV to an existing bracket that already had 4 lag bolts screwed into a stud. He was also was supposed to install a 9.2.4 sound bar system. Geek squad only sent one installer. The installer needed my assistance to move the bracket 3" lower and needed one of my Grandsons help to lift and mount the "oled" tv onto the bracket. The sound bar system was not installed as the agent received a phone call stating he was behind schedule and had to leave. This occurred after opening the box and leaving parts strewn about from the sound system and unused parts from the EXPENSIVE FRAGILE OLED TV. A most terrible experience to say the least. Highly unprofessional !!

Proficiently mounted 65" TV above fireplace. Love it.

Tv could not be installed on scheduled day .Rental agent was not on site to give permission

After Best Buy’s contractor not showing up for the 1st appointment and the 2nd contractor not having the knowledge of how to do the job. I demanded geek squad who showed up on time and completed the job. Please find better contractors!!

Built well, very sturdy with a 65" lg. Great mount for the price.
