Geek squad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After Best Buy’s contractor not showing up for the 1st appointment and the 2nd contractor not having the knowledge of how to do the job. I demanded geek squad who showed up on time and completed the job. Please find better contractors!!

Had appointment that they changed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Waited 2 weeks for install and set up for the new outside TV with mount. They said they will send an email or text the day before to lock in the time. They sent me the message and then when looking at time, it showed the next available install was another 2 weeks!! Yes they gave me back my money plus $100 but I had taken the day off to be at home when they came and that vacation time is worth lots more than the $100. Fortunately my friend came over and helped me and we got it done but just know that just because you have an appointment, does not mean it will be kept.

mixed feelings
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.techs were nice and professional. they busted a cable head on my set up though and I didn't find out until the following week when I was trouble shooting something. also another cable I needed was missing and I suspect they accidentally threw it out. also they forgot to hide my wires for a cleaner look and I had to call them to come back. they returned and completed the work.
