Not much attention to details.

Some wires were left hanging, Verizon remote control was not programmed to TV. Almost a month after installation TV is still showing, “Initial download in process, it takes a couple of minutes”.

Best Buy new way of handling things is to lie

I don’t even know where to start because I’m still in shocked how badly I was lied to and treated by a company that I have given my business to for years !!!!!! The employee sold us a art tv and when asked if they have legs he said yes, found out it didn’t have legs so I had to call customer service and pay an additional $249 to get installed and made the appointment for the 9th, well they canceled it without any notice and I called them and said there was no one in the area that day to install it and I needed to pick another day I said that was unacceptable and the service rep hung up on me saying that’s my problem! Tried calling several other times and got the same answer !!!! Well not only did they not get my business they aren’t going to get my business ever again ! I’m done with Best Buy and I’m cancelling my credit card as well !!!!

Not worth the cost
