Only basic screw in wall install performed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.IO was disappointed that only after the installer arrived to find out there was an extra $75 charge to mount the TV above the fireplace. My second disappointment was that the wires were left hanging off the TV and were 110% visible leading to the outlets. I was not told that the install would take an electrician to have the wires pass through a fire barrier. I was also told it could not be done. I had to find an electrician to hide the wires which put the cost at more than double. As the TV was placed on the wall mount by the original Best Buy Total Tech team I discovered the power supply was being pinched because spaces that wee provided in the wall mount kit where not used. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 due to the installers arriving and finishing within the time frame.
