Instead 2 ununiformed males responded in separate personal cars. They rang the bell and had no identification, only stated they were here from Best Buy to install a tv. As I spoke to them they informed me they have a third party contract with Best Buy and don’t work directly with them. I thought that’s great that they are creating job opportunities but I did not like the fact that they were not uniformed in any way or had identification. Letting them in initially had me a bit nervous.

Troubling process.

Bad Buy

Purchased 12-16 finally delivered 1-3 after three times, Each time I waited at my home ALL DAY. The first Delivery 12-24-24 set TV up took 3 hours and TV did not work no problem that happens then waited 7 days Christmas I understand next appointment the TV was open and no remote in the box!! Wait another 8 days finally delivered. I called and went to the store and no one would help me or expedite the process you have to wait 8 days. I asked what can you offer me the reply we must have the TV on the wall before we can offer you something for your troubles. I was told I would be contacted by the Dedham store but have heard nothing. It was a TERRIBLE exprence the worst part no one helped me and WAITING in my home for 3DAYS
