    I’m torn on the review here because the crew originally that came was horrible and screwed up majorly on the wall mount. The people who came to redo the job were amazing and did what should have been done the first time

    Before you choose Best buy to install your Tv , be aware if you have any problems the customer service is a nightmare , almost hateful , however delivery is great , trust me have a 3rd party do your installation, best buy will nickel and dime you. We purchased this with the expectation of a complete install. Be prepared to hear“ oh that is an additional $60 “ , we call customer service and found out installing our apple tv would $50 , all additional charges on top the $250 to install the tv , which we purchased in-store and told they will install everything.
