Before you choose Best buy to install your Tv , be aware if you have any problems the customer service is a nightmare , almost hateful , however delivery is great , trust me have a 3rd party do your installation, best buy will nickel and dime you. We purchased this with the expectation of a complete install. Be prepared to hear“ oh that is an additional $60 “ , we call customer service and found out installing our apple tv would $50 , all additional charges on top the $250 to install the tv , which we purchased in-store and told they will install everything.

Technician failed to properly configure the home theatre system and there was no center channel sound and several problems with the Logitech Harmony Remote. This required a second visit by a different technical team to correct the errors and complete the installation and system configuration.

This is easy to use and enhances what I already have.

The Greek Squad took care of an installation issue.

We paid to have our tv mounted in our media room and to place all of the cabling in the walls so they were not visible. The guys that came out were friendly but told us they could not bury the cables as the wall was an outside wall. This was not correct and even though they had given us their contact information they never called us back.

Unprofessional amateur service. Multiple holes drilled in my wall. Installers had a cheap stud finder that was useless. Did not use supplied screws that came with my wall mount, instead bolts were used. the bolts used makes the tv unadjustable since the bolt heads stick out too far and interfere with the adjustment rails. They marked up my white wall covered it in black dirty hand prints and black scratch marks. They even used a PEN to trace the wall mount on the wall!!! I had dust all over my floor and electronics. The end result was a tv that was mounted crooked. I could have done a better job doing it myself. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

My manager at our location informed me that yes the tvs came and yes we have mounts for them but the mounting and set up was never completed. This is the first time this has ever happened and I've used BB for this in the past several times. I just want it corrected.
