    Delivery was on time as scheduled. The gentleman that delivered and installed the TV were professional but.....they plugged the COAX cable into the TV instead of the Cable Box which I only found out after having to schedule Comcast to come out and troubleshoot. I texted with the Tech from Best Buy and Confirmed everything was plugged in and all connections tight. He confirmed to only find out later they weren't. I thought that's why I paid $199 for them to do a thorough and complete job. Not so much! Beware!

    Before you choose Best buy to install your Tv , be aware if you have any problems the customer service is a nightmare , almost hateful , however delivery is great , trust me have a 3rd party do your installation, best buy will nickel and dime you. We purchased this with the expectation of a complete install. Be prepared to hear“ oh that is an additional $60 “ , we call customer service and found out installing our apple tv would $50 , all additional charges on top the $250 to install the tv , which we purchased in-store and told they will install everything.

    I purchased and setup my appointment at the Best Buy Spring location. I paid the premium price $200 and was informed that was the better one to go with because it would hide ALL the cords. Well it did NOT and I am very dissatisfied with the look of my mount. If i would of known that i would of paid the cheaper price to still see the cords.

    Agents mounted the TV quickly however, they didn't take the old TVs scheduled for "Haul-away". It seemed like they were in a rush to leave and made me feel uncomfortable asking questions.

    Not very please. When came out they couldn’t find the studs in our mobile & said the TV & mounting could not be put up. Our handyman was able to easily install it & it works great. A rip off to have to pay & then then them couldn’t do it!
