At first we had wanted to use a totally flat wall mount. After a closer look at the packaging and speaking with the installers, we went with this particular mount. We have a 75 inch tv.....they are heavy and we didn't want something that wasn't rated for that size of tv. It does stick out from the wall a bit..,...but that has proved to be quite advantageous for us, as we can turn it a bit to see it better from the dining room, as well as tilt it forward if we are on the floor. It moves very easy and is not a big deal to have it protruding those few inches and for the comfort of knowing it is securely mounted.....well worth using this mount instead of the flat wall mount.

We made arrangement to purchase the wall mounting bracket and then have them install the bracket and mount the 75” tv that we had previously purchased from Best Buy. They were on time and everything went as desired. Great job!

Geek Squad installed my TV. Very respectful of property, and answered all questions. Geek Squad were able to use my old TV mount; so I was able to return the Mount I had purchased at Best Buy. It was a few days past their 15-day return policy, but no questions asked.

He made sure all our devices were connected and working properly and even gave us a quick overview of the TV's smart system. The installation crew was great. They answered our questions, returned the bracked we purchased when they used the existing bracket. They cleaned up after themselves and communicated with us on expected arrival time. This is the 2d time we have used them to install TVs and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Geek Squad did an excellent job as I purchased the wrong type that won't go on my fireplace wall. I was so disappointed at the moment as I was waiting over a month for the installation appointment. I really hoped I can watch TV that day. As I was so frustrated, the Geek installed person told me that he may have another wall mount kit in his car . He was very efficient and brought in the new wall mount and installed my TV quick. Before he left, he even showed me how to operate the TV as well as how I should maneuver the TV mount to get the best angle to view

The guys from geek squad mounted my tv and connected all my devices. I had bought a new tv mount which it turned out I didn't need and they were very honest with me about not needing it. They also set up the tv downloaded the apps that I use and showed me the ins and outs of using the tv. I would highly recommend Geek Squad

The Geek Squad installers were amazing really nice and professional they did an amazing job wall mounting my new LG G2 77 inch Oled the cables are nice and hidden they even cleaned the finger prints off the TV when they were done they also cleaned up the home theater room when they were done they also go over everything with you and make sure you know how to work it before they leave i couldn't be more happy thank you Geek Squad for doing a awesome job.

The Geek Squad team of two came over and set up my TV. I could have done this with friend, but was very glad I chose to have the team do the install. The confirmed that TV was setup correctly, tested and quickly tuned the picture, made sure the sound system was connected correctly. They also took all the packing materials and box and said that it was ok to not keep the box with Best Buy even if the TV has to be returned. So far the Sony TV and installation from Best Buy has been one of the best decisions I made. Thanks!
