The team was supposed to come Saturday between 10:30a - 2:30p. It was confirmed the day before. Around 1p, I called to see if they were still coming. The agent on the phone said, hmmm its on hold. I was shocked because it was a gift for my husband and we had been waiting most of the day in excitement. I said, what does that mean? He put me on hold, then came back and said, the person called in today, we need to reschedule. We were upset, so we canceled. We were refunded, but we should have been offered something for the inconvenience.

Mounts east, well, and secure. I just wish it was a little “thinner” as I used this for my 65” frame tv, which came with the mounting of its own but it did not align with the center of my wall correctly. This is a good substitute considering the circumstances.

Agents arrived without calling first to let me know they were on their way. They mounted the tv set without any issues. Had to ask them to connect sound bar which they should have known already they were supposed to do. Had ask them to connect a couple of apps. Had to ask them to go through the tv and remote features and how to use them. One of them flew through them but I managed to catch a couple. Didn’t want to keep longer-seemed like they were late for date!!!! Have had much better experience with other geek squad techs.

We received two emails with the time frame for a representative to come out. The Geek Squad did not keep their appointment. As time approached the tail end of the appointment window I called to ask what time the person was coming. First, I was told we didn’t have an appointment. After I challenged that, I was told that there was no one to come out and I would have to reschedule. The next available date was three weeks later. I did not receive a call or any notification that the Geek Squad would not keep their appointment. I immediately went to the store and asked for a refund on installation. I was not going to wait another three weeks for someone to come out; I would return the tv first rather than wait.

They comes installed tv plus sound bar but was making excuses for sides speakers installing finally I have no choice they recommend me speakers stand buying but never come back to installation he shared his phone but always come up fake excuses never show up ?

They did bring the tv inside and mount it to an existing mount. They did not set up the internet on a smart tv. I feel the service was worth no where near the cost.

The installation service did not call, text, or email regarding their arrival before or on the scheduled installation day, marked 7.00 am to 7.00 pm. I called the 1-800 number at 3 pm to inquire about the status; they contacted the installer, told me I should expect an update via email within the hour, and gave me the installer's 1-877 number. Nothing. I called the installer, who would give me neither an update nor a reason why they would not show up and told me to wait 24 to 48 hours to get more information—still nothing. So I called the Best Buy store directly, who could also not see why this was a no-show. The earliest they could schedule the next installation appointment is another week away. This was an extremely frustrating experience, as I took off a whole day for this. This has never happened to me with Best Buy's original Geek Squad. Let's see what happens next week.
