    GEEK SERVICE PERSON VERY GOOD...However $250 price for mounting the TV though was a rip off.......The wall hardware and brackets were all there and ready from the previous TV....The TV fit in perfectly and the wall installation took just 10 minutes...No new equipment....$100 or less would have been a fair price. Not 25% of the cost of the television....

    Best Buy sent a 3rd party company to do the install of my new 85” tv. The tv was not installed properly and I had to request a reinstall. Best Buy set up the redo appointment and when the 3rd party company came out they confirmed the install was done wrong the best part was it was the same guy that originally installed the tv. Now I’m told that they can’t redo the install, they don’t know when they will be able to reinstall it correctly it could take a month or who knows when they can come back and fix it. Now I have to admit Best Buy has been helpful and I now another appointment in 3 day hopefully everything will be resolved on this visit but the 3rd party companies need to be held accountable for their failure.

    Was a third part contractor, not Geek Squad. Nice guy but not very knowledgeable of the TV. Got it mounted on the wall, plugged it in, went over the remote and called it a day. For the money I paid, I had expected a bit more.

    Installers arrived on time as indicated. We reviewed what needed to be done. The most importance thing is to dispose of the large old TV set. If they are not able to do it, I would have refuse the delivery and hire someone that are able. The installers appeared to be able to moved the old TV and install the new TV. After the TV is mounted to the wall, the installer told me that they are not able to take the old TV away. Giving all kinds of excuses of the unit is too heavy, we don't have room in our van, we could not lift it up the van... They left the old TV on the sidewalk and took off. It is the most unresponsive service I have ever experienced. They are not Geek squad...THEY ARE WEAK SQUAD.
