The 2 guys that came over was really nice and funny.

On time, reminders sent, smooth set up and they cleaned everything up before leaving.

The first agent installed incorrectly and not at the height level requested. They did not add the VS spacer and correct M6 screws. Instead used different screws they had in truck as they thought the screws that came with the Sony Ultra Slim mount were too short. It took 4 redos as the tv wouldn’t mount straight. Last techs had to go Best Buy store to request a new Tv to get correct the vs spacer. Instead manager let them open a new box to get the correct vs spacer that came with the tv. I no longer had original box as 1st techs took all the boxes. Even with the vs spacer and M6 screws, the techs still found it very difficult to hang the tv straight without dropping on one side. Even after the 4th redo, techs didn’t test the mount motion as it was at the closest to being straight and afraid it would drop again. Last techs said something happened to the mount, possibly damaged from the redos and using the wrong screws. We still haven’t used the full motion mount for the tv as after 2 months of redos, we just want to finally enjoy the tv. We wrote to Sony customer service and they advised we lost the warranty as it was installed incorrectly. We only received a $100 gift card for the inconvenience from Best Buy.

The jury still out there’s been some complications and some unqualified one on one and qualified person. Not very good at his job to get the geek squad not good.

James was a five-star representative. The scheduling groups was a one-star. The first scheduled date was cancelled with no notice, leaving me missing two hours of work until I phoned. The second scheduled date was alco cancelled.

Very professional team but we did notice after the technicians left that one of the televisions was not level. Contact was made with the tech and he assured us he would return to adjust the mount but never did.
