we paid extra for over the fireplace mounting, and bought an extra kit to hide the tv power cord, weren't told until after they got her they couldn't use the kit, and that all wires would have to be exposed, tech didn't even zip tie them together & didn't even hookup the tv to the wifi. Why would anyone pay $500 to simply hang a tv mount? I would not recommend

The Geek Squad mounted my 75inch tv, but left the wires hanging beneath it. I specifically requested that they be hidden.

I purchased an LG C3 75" and matching LG 9SC soundbar. I told them I had an existing 85" TV that I wanted them to take down, and then since the mounting bracket was already in place, and the new install (I was told) included putting in a new mounting bracket, that I wanted them to install this bracket in another room. The receipt included an installation of the mounting bracket and TV. When they arrived, the team said that if I wanted them to install a different mounting bracket, this would be another $199, as their job was only to mount the TV. I called the store, and the TV dept sent me to install department. After 20 minute wait, a rep came on and I explained all to her. She said she understood and would have to get her manager to approve. I was on hold for 15 more minutes, she came back on and said she will be with me shortly. Another 10 minutes passed and then the line went dead-- I was disconnected. I called back in and waited another 10 minutes, by which point the Geek Squad said they couldn't wait any longer and my only option was pay the $199 and dispute later or have them leave. I wasn't going to fight the battle further, so they left and I did the new bracket install myself. Very disappointed.

Great features . Better durability. Not that easy to install

The TV was set up correctly, but I asked that the TV be mounted higher and gave them an example of where I wanted the top to be. The TV wound up being more than a foot below that.

Exceptional delivery and installers. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Geek squad did a very good job truly professional job

My soundbar worked with my old LG TV but cannot connect via HDMI ARC. They say the problem is with the soundbar, but there was no problem with the previous LG TV. I think there is a issue with the brand new TV. Going to take the soundbar in to have it checked out

I took it home and Nerd Squad installed it when they delivered the television.

I was wanting a new 55" TV mounted above fireplace. The first person they sent out said they had been doing the job of installation consultant for only 3 months. She said she didn't know what to do in this case, and she would have installation team sent out in a few days. They gave several different options and said "it wasn't impossible, but it would be highly difficult". That didn't instill a lot of confidence in their ability, so I hired a local audio visual company to do the work instead.

Wanted a tv tilt that skewed out at an angle to watch in adjoining room

This service was from a Geek Squad contractor. They didn't install the ethernet cable. Had difficulty getting cables through the wall conduit. Dirt stains on the wall after the work was done.

I hired & paid ($250.00) to have my tv set up & mounted on my wall in my new apartment. I did not hire & pay for it a third party provider. But that's exactly what I got. The job done was not & is not what I expected and paid for. I am completely & totally disappointed & dissatisfied. The men who arrived at my apartment came with nothing but tools. Work still needs done.

Service was good but some apps don’t work properly

Not Geek Squad but was another contractor who done this job.

The delivery of the television included installation and Cobb’s ted to all my devices. However I was disappointed that it wasn’t explained that initial visit did not include connection to my existing surround sound. Had to schedule another appointment for this.

They showed up on time and performed the service in a timely manner

Agent was very quick and wellorganized super nice guy

The team could not mount my computer monitors as expected. They seemed to have no desire to find a workaround to a simple problem and just wanted move on to another job.

I am a Geek Squad member and the mounting service through the Squad---was more than the TV. But the person was a professional and did an excellent job mounting my new TV!
