I decided to get the mounting service because I didn't think I was up to the task of mounting a 65" tv on the wall myself. What a great idea that was, because they were super quick, friendly, and professional, and knew exactly how to mount the tv safely and securely. They were able to figure out that I had metal studs and make sure there was no chance of the TV falling out, because the previous one that was there was directly on the drywall and could have fallen out at any time. Don't skip on this service, it's the smart and safe decision.

Had another great install from the guys at Best Buy. My 83 inch oled was installed and well as the cables. They didn’t hesitate, everything came out clean and professional.

The install guys were excellent. They took their time and made several adjustments so the TV hung perfectly. Also solved a rear speaker sound issue on second LG TV. Very professional

I am a person who never leaves a good review. I occasionally leave bad reviews if my experience was particularly unpleasant. So, having said this, that I deliberately take my precious weeknight time to write a review definitely shows how impressed I am. Travis called ahead to give me a heads-up on his arrival time. His voice was pleasant and his attitude even on the phone was very respectful. He arrived at our house and accommodated my particular wish. He was very respectful and careful about my things and my house in general. He was even holding his work bag for a few minutes until a towel was laid on the floor so he wouldn't scratch my wood floor. And this was his idea! I know I know exactly what I want, and can be somewhat particular about my requests. I expressed how I liked my TV to be installed and also how a certain area should be not blocked, and at what height, etc. When he anticipated that a certain aspect of my request could not exactly happen due to the mount I chose, he patiently and thoroughly explained the structural limit of the mount back and the alternative area (just a few inches away from what I had originally in mind). I think I had him repeat a few times, for mechanic stuff is not my strong suit. All through this, he was ever so pleasant to work with. I changed my mind after he marked with a tape about the installation location. He didn't mind one bit, and even gave me a very good suggestion on how it is best when our eyes fall at the 2/3 of the bottom of the TV screen. That was very helpful when I was indecisive. He completed the installation and checked if I was happy with it, and when I asked if he could also install cable line hiding trim molding, despite his tight schedule, he installed that one, as well for me. His craftsmanship of that installation was BEAUTIFUL! He also connected my TV to the internet and walked through with me on all the useful tips on how to enjoy my Android TV with my google account, You tube, etc. I learned one very important thing of connecting my phone to the TV, so I can watch from TV what I was watching on my cell phone. My husband and I LOVE this function we didn't know about. From the beginning to the end, Travis was RESPECTFUL, had a FANTASTIC attitude, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, willing to accommodate a customer's requests. He is a top-notch geek! I am thoroughly impressed with Travis. With that kind of work ethic and good attitude, this young man is bound to be successful and will move up in his life! The Best Buy agent ensured that we were satisfied with the installation before leaving. He made sure all our devices were connected and working properly and even gave us a quick overview of the TV's smart system. An extra plus was that he ensured the always-on closed captioning was displayed to our liking as someone in our household is hearing impaired. Thank you Best Buy and your Total Tech team!

I normally do all my installation of gadgets myself, but I recently had surgery and just wasn't up for it. I wasn't expecting much from the install guy, but wow, he was awesome! Not only did he make the mount strong enough that someone could hang off of it, but he also knew his way around the menus of the TV and soundbar so well that it was like lightning. He explained everything in detail and was just fantastic. He knew his stuff and was pleasant to work with. I could not be happier with the installation. The TV looks great, and the service was the best I have ever received from ANY Best Buy employee, period.

Geek squad arrived on time and mounted tv on wall and hid wiring in wall with a Legrand kit. Also synced new headphones to tv. Work done neatly. Pleased with the service I received. Only initial concern, was that when crew arrived they did not know I wanted cords hidden in wall. It was not an issue because I had figured out what to buy in advance from Best Buy to accomplish this. But when I initially ordered tv and service on line, there was no way to make clear exactly what I wanted. Online check list of what customer wants done might be useful for future.

Fast and efficient. Very professional. I had my own mount and they used it no problem. The left no mess and configured the audio on the TV for the space. Absolutely no complaints, would absolutely use again!

The guys who mounted our TV were great. Knew exactly what they were doing, set up the TV went through its operation and adjustment and left everything as though no one had been here!

The Geek Squad team that removed my recently installed 77” LG G3 and remounted it with a new Sanus mount on 11/2/23 did a great job! I had some very real concerns about the TV, which was much heavier than my last one, being mounted on my wall without being attached to the studs, which, based on previous installations, I did not think was possible. Austin and John not only took the time to patiently listened to my concerns but then acted on them to be innovative in their placement of the mount in a tight spot and did actually find a way to anchor it into the studs. They also did some extra work to sure up the wall by filling previous holes made by previous mounts with bolts. I now can watch my TV without any fear whatsoever of it eventually falling off my wall! Beyond this, they were efficient with notifying me about their arrival and did clean, careful and exact work while here. I couldn’t be happier with the installation, and really appreciate them doing a great job in an era where service providers are often not performing at that level, in my experience anyway.

Very nice, polite and respectful. Did the set up, answered questions. Cleaned up area and asked if everything was done to my satisfaction. Would request them for another install if needed.
