The tech was very efficient and professional. Easily explained the use of the TV. Setup the remote and explained it functionality.

The agents mounted and placed my TV the way I wanted. They asked me great questions to understand where I wanted to place my TV. They were even nice to move my dresser back in place for me after they were done. Also, when they entered my home they were booties and I greatly appreciated that.

For the money spent on install, we didn’t think it was worth what they did. They literally came, hung the tv and left and we’re out the door in maybe 10-15 mins. We were hoping they would help us run cords to all of our equipment, and make sure everything was up and running, but they stated “this was just a basic install”. They were friendly enough, and they wore protective foot covers which was appreciated to protect the floor. There’s not a “maybe” option where this survey asks if you’d recommend this geek squad service, so I’ll say no, but it would only depend on your capability. If you aren’t capable of hanging a tv, use them, but if you’re expecting more help than that, I’d say you’re better off doing it yourself, and will save a decent amount of money.

The agents did an outstanding job with the installation. Two of them mounted the TV very carefully and were exceptionally clean and professional. Then one agent left and another stayed behind to show me how to program my TV and to be sure that I was comfortable with the navigation. He truly went above and beyond, IMHO. I could not be happier with this installation! Kudos to these Geek Squad members.

The two people who came to install the TV were skilled pros, as well as fun to have around. They did a perfect job of mounting the TV in the wall and didn't leave until they had turned on the set and made sure that everything it was working perfectly. Many thanks!

I use the Total Tech membership as much as possible when purchasing items at Best Buy. The installation team are also knowledgeable and it is worth having the membership. I have recently had a 83 LG TV with Sonos Arc sound bar installed. It was a nail biter for me, but no problem at all for the installers. Everything looks good and the sound is great.

These guys were great. They were incredibly friendly and they answered all my incessant questions. I had a lot of questions about what they were doing and they happily answered everything for me, even all the questions I had for potential future troubleshooting and how to do my own adjustments on the TV mount. I will definitely use them again in the future. They knew what they were doing and they did a fantastic job.

Great job by the guys who replaced my older TV with the LG C2 OLED. Not only did they quickly unmount/mount the TV's, but made sure all my components were connected and tuned, through my soundbar. They had me contact my cable company to troubleshoot an issue with my cable box, resolved later that night. Guys were very professional

I have had the Geek Squad come to my house 3 times in the last month (1 more visit to go). All the personnel have been WONDERFUL!! We are older and cannot install TVs and our technical knowledge is sparse; each time, the staff took their time with me and did an awesome job!

The two gentlemen who installed my TV mount were both friendly and professional. They completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality. They made sure the TV was perfectly level, neatly concealed all the cords, and even plugged everything back in to test it before heading out to their next appointment. I really appreciated the attention to detail and smooth service from start to finish.

The Geek Squad installed agent mounted and installed my television and connected the blue ray players as well. He removed the television box as well. Recommend Best Buy include provide neat cord/wire covering to make the installation look even more professional.

This was my first time utilizing this service and it was worth every penny. The Agents were extremely professional and right on time. They did a fantastic job mounting and securing both of my televisions. In addition, they went out of their way to make sure my job was done that day even though one of the televisions had been damaged prior to the arrival at my home. They secured a replacement, put it on hold, went to pick it up, transported it back to my home, and had it installed that same afternoon. They made certain that everything was functioning properly and that I was satisfied before they departed.

TV was installed by Best Buy. The installers were very professional. TV has a great picture and the features of TV are easy to access.

The Squad took down the old TV and mounted the new one, making all the connections and testing the setup before they left. They answered all my questions and assured me that they were available for future questions and in-home visits if needed. They were efficient, courteous and thorough, removing all of the packaging (there was a bunch!) and left the area clean before they left.
