The guys who mounted our TV were great. Knew exactly what they were doing, set up the TV went through its operation and adjustment and left everything as though no one had been here!

If you want it done correctly and quickly then this is the way to go. The squad answered all my questions and showed me all the features. Well done.

Two young gentlemen showed up at our door with our new TV. They were wearing mask and "booties" over their shoes. They were very professional and made sure I understood everything. They also were very good about cleaning up after the installation. They hooked up all the equipment I had and explained the remote and all the components to me. They brought their own vacuum and when they left it was like they were never there and the TV had always been mounted on the wall. I would definitely have them again. Thank you.

It was a great pleasure to work with the Geek Squad technician who answered all my question and protected and covered my floor in the installation that was requested and completed professionally.

Nathan and JC were great!! Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job mounting my tv.

They were quick and easy to get my TV installed. They were very nice. HOWEVER, The one issue I had is that they charged me another $50 in cash and wouldn't provide a receipt to mount over our fire place, even though above the fire place is normal wall. There is no brick there or other things that makes it hard to install. I felt like I was getting a little duped. I tried calling the Best Buy line and was on hold for over an hour, who said I would potentially have to send them away and rebook the appointment. There was some way around that but after over an hour on hold, I gave up. I just wanted the TV installed.

The agents did a great job on a pretty simple install and took the time to program the remote which in this case was huge. On a separate reinstall a week later of the old TV by a contracted crew -the crew never showed up. Don't settle for a contracted crew. I tried calling CRST home solutions (the sub-contractor with a one star rating), but gave up after a half an hour on hold. I had to go back to Best Buy to make sure I got the geek squad crew.

INSTALLERS ARIVED ON TIME AND MOUNTED MY NEW SAMSUNG ON THE WALL MOUNT ... SET UP CONNECTIONS AND REMOTES.. THEN CLEANED UP ... NO PROBLEMS AT ALL

I bought a very large tv that I wanted to get mounted on my wall. I thought I would have 2 technicians to handle the bulky size of the tv- but they only sent out 1 guy. I had my doubts, but he did a great job! He even spaced the wires from my tv to the soundbar evenly- (even though there is only a 1”gap between them)- very efficient and nice guy!

Geek Squad are very professional and are knowledgable in all products at Best Buy. Excellent installation and setup of tv and soundbar. Great value for the professional service received.

Absolutely love it!! The gentleman installing could not be nicer. Incredibly knowledgeable as well as thorough! Also, my cat doesn’t come out for anyone.. meanwhile she and him became best friends! That is a great tech!

When the geek squad to install our television, we had no idea About the extent of the service they provide. Upon Upon arrival as they would just install the hanger and hang the television from it and that would be it. And essentially, it was. However the care in installing it was Extensive. Right down to the vacuuming of every surface that got sheetrock dust on it They wired everything I asked of them and gave detailed instructions on how to use the controls, etc. They were very professional, friendly and competent.

The 2 men who delivered and set up our TV were very polite, professional, and helpful. We were kept informed of their arrival time, and once they got here they took the necessary time to answer our questions, even though they had multiple other stops to complete before their work day ended.

The Geek Squad crew were prompt and very efficient, installing a large and heavy TV on the wall.

our Geek Squad technician was certainly knowledgable. his expertise was evident. he got right to work in mounting our new 'Frame TV' to the wall, and then regulating the settings to our desired liking. not only pleasant, but also considerate, as he helped to guide me in setting up the account so that he could snyc my devices. then he also taught me about all the new technology so that we could enjoy all the features of this model. we would like to thank him so much for his quality and kind understanding in meeting our needs

I’m impressed with their expertise in setting up my AI LG 55” TV and the surround sound system. I’m now enjoying my newTV with its superb sound. My families, guests and friends surely will enjoy any TV shows, sports or blBkue-ray DVDs
