System doesn’t work.

I had a repeat call and was told to replace it. Bought an exact replacement and called the installer. He came and couldn’t fix it. Not sure what to do now.

The price was the same although I paid a bit more for the installation. But using the Costco credit card I was able to add, at no extra charge, seven years of coverage.

Geek squad unable to install TV level

Lousy Install employees.

They said it’s not their job to mount the TV on the wall but they will do it anyway. They made us feel guilty that they are mounting the TV on the wall and they will not get paid for it, necessitating us to pay more as tips.

Not a flexible mount

The mount doesn’t move side to side or forward so it just sits there and I have to move my furniture around all the time to be at eye level with my tv it takes some much out of me that in the end I don’t even want to watch it. Worst purchase ever

Tv crooked with wires showing

The remote control set-up by Geek squad has been a disaster with constant problems. Hopefully the third trip to our house will resolve the issues.

Not good

the struggle is real

Can not get anyone to provide me this proper service. When no one shows up, no one calls to explain why the service was cancelled.
