I normally do all my installation of gadgets myself, but I recently had surgery and just wasn't up for it. I wasn't expecting much from the install guy, but wow, he was awesome! Not only did he make the mount strong enough that someone could hang off of it, but he also knew his way around the menus of the TV and soundbar so well that it was like lightning. He explained everything in detail and was just fantastic. He knew his stuff and was pleasant to work with. I could not be happier with the installation. The TV looks great, and the service was the best I have ever received from ANY Best Buy employee, period.

I had bought a 85” TV that had a stand the stuck out from the surface it was on. After getting a couple of kittens, I thought it best to go into Best Buy and use this service. It was well worth the price for me. Since there were two of them, I didn’t have to do any lifting. And, one of them knew how to do this like the back of their hand. So, it was a very short job for them. The only issue they had was my indecisiveness on how high I wanted it.

Agents did an excellent job hanging my television and hooking up all components necessary. They were very efficient and polite.

The agents installed the equipment with associated audio components and satellite equipment efficiently while guiding me all the steps to achieve my wishes. The primary associate then insured that I fully understood how the new equipment functioned. Very pleased with their service including cleanup.

Armondo did a great job and it wasn’t an easy one. It took two visits because we needed to get an electrician out to run power the the area. He explained just what the electrician had to do and it worked out perfectly. Armondo is very efficient with his time, very detail oriented, courteous and on time.

The agent that was sent was the most professional I have ever had in my home. He was prompt and polite. He did a meticulous job and cleaned everything when he the job was complete. He spent time helping to get the tv and apps working and to make sure I understood everything completely. I highly recommend.

The Geek Squad team arrived at the designated time on schedule. The two men delivered, unboxed, and installed the new tv. They set up the tv while explaining the features of our new unit, They were courteous and very efficient! We were thrilled with the work they performed and will be sure to utilize this service in the future.

Geek Squad guy John came to our house and installed our new Toshiba 43" TV over our fireplace. He was extremely careful to not cause any damage; and took his time looking over the entire setup first to make sure he got it right on the first take. He was also very respectful of our home, making sure he wore booties so as not to track anything in our our carpet. He was also very pleasant to talk to, and informative about the product and what to expect. He sold me an extra Geek Squad contract in order to save me money overall... in other words, he made sure I got the best deal possible. Thanks John!

The two installers called ahead of arrival, introduced themselves upon arrival and went right to work. Very personable and took extra care to make sure everything worked with explanations.

The agents were very professional. They came and quickly mounted and setup the TV. They cleaned up after themselves.

Installation was done in a fast and professional manner. Very pleased with their mounting and TV setup experience.

First I had third party installers came that was hired by Best Buy to install TV and Door camara and they had no idea what to do. Tv wasn’t centered so they came to fix it and couldn’t fix it. Finally third time I only asked for geek squad (had to wait lot longer because of pandemic) and they installed TV mount exactly the way it’s supposed to be installed. Door camara was also installed by geek squad since third party installers couldn’t do it. Happy with geek squad service. Please try not to hire third party. Thank You.

The agents that came out to my house twice to help me mount my TV over my fireplace were fast, efficient and respectful of my home. That asked my input before drilling holes and asked if i was happy with alignment before solidifying placement. Great customer service- enough so i told my mom i only want them to come out to her house to install a TV over her fireplace. Thanks for having me get the a Total tech package Best Buy.

I trusted the Geek Squad to mount my mom new tv on the wall. i wasn't present at the time of installation but the job was perfect. My mom who was present at the my of installation described the technicians as "angels" she was left very satisfy which is a very hard thing to do.
