Being a single woman who lives alone, I am very conscious of who enters my home. The Geek Squad put me at ease from the beginning. They were quick, professional, and courteous and they did a great job. They were also very knowledgeable about the TV I'd purchased. I highly recommend using them for delivery and TV mounting!

We were impressed by the smooth install from start to finish. Travis kept us informed of his ETA and arrived as promised. He was very knowledgeable and applied that knowledge to our specific situation. He connected our devices and removed any unnecessary cords that we had plugged in. We really appreciate that we don’t have a mess of cords. He asked all of the important questions so that the TV was installed in the perfect location in our setting all while working efficiently. When he left we were able to sit down and enjoy our new purchase. We couldn’t be happier with the service that we received and the value of the professional install went well beyond just the mounting of the TV on the wall.

It was great! Super punctual, very professional and efficient. It might be a little expensive, but the relit is a well mounted tv with none of th stress or hassle of doing it yourself.

The agent mounted the tv on wall mount and used the hidden box for cables. They were knowledgable and had this done in no time. Very knowledgable and professional

The agent mounted my TV on the wall and connected all the devices. He then set up the Apple TV apps, etc. Excellent service. He explained everything to me.

The guys who came to my house to install my TV were SUPERB. I have his card at home with his name, but I am at work, so I am unfortunately unable to put it in this review. Hopefully you have record of who it was. They were professional, clean, and courteous. There was a giant miscommunication from information I got at the store, but the guys rolled with it, and were helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

Excellent installation and professional! Would recommend!

The agent called and gave a 20 minute heads up prior to arrival. First, the agent confirmed mounting location as well as height, as I wanted it in a specific spot. Agent mounted it perfectly (dimensionally) as well as ensure it was neat and level. Agent was also able to get the mount in the studs on either side, and had all the tools for metal framing, as I live in an apartment. Overall, he had the TV mount and TV measured, drilled, and mounted in maybe 30 minutes. When I checked it, the mount was properly secured to the wall and the area was left clean. I would recommend using Geek Squad service for the Arlington, VA region for work like this.
