We had wanted the TV up higher and they explained where they thought it would look best, but still left the decision up to us. They were right, and the TV looks perfect. Great service and people. This was the best experience I have ever had having others come to my house to set up my purchase. The men were very friendly and very helpful. We had some laughs, and when they left, we knew almost everything about the TV. They taught us so much stuff that we did not even know we needed to know!

Two guys set this television in a niche in the wall that allowed little room for error. The lead guy was exceptional with a meticulous eye for detail. It took some time and effort, but he made sure the job was done right

The guys were so friendly and helpful. I decided last minute that I wanted a new tv instead of them mounting my old one and they picked it up for me and installed it seamlessly. They even brought it something to cover the wire hanging from the tv. I give their customer service 5 stars for sure!

PERFECTION!!!! A+ Service all the way around from start to finish. Called 1 hour ahead of time. Very clean and professional install. Highly recommend. Gage and his helper out of Myrtle Beach was very helpful and made sure everything was completed and cleaned before leaving. Will be using Geek Squad again in the future. Total tech service is worth the money.

The geek squad that was sent on our home to install and mount the tv were excellent and very knowledgeable. I was upset that the mounting bracket I was told to purchase by an online chat from Best Buy would not work. And the extra expense that I had to pay to install the tv above the fireplace was not communicated to me when I set up the appointment.

This agent removed an old tv and mounted the new one perfectly, by himself! However he should have had some help. It was a 55 inch tv. Best buy/ Geek squad should be sending 2 people out when dealing with that large of a tv! Luckily he was able to handle it, but it wasn't easy

Used this for a 75” TV. Easy to manipulate so you can access back of TV.
