The installers were very polit and helpful. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. They knew what they were doing and completed the job in no time. I have been a long-time member of total tech and was disappointed to learn they no longer installed TV's.

Technicians were professional and measured carefully to ensure tv was mounted correctly. Also reviewed use of remotes, etc. it was necessary, however, to have technicians out a second time due to issues with turning on tv. In my opinion installation charge is very high, and did not include replacement cords which were an additional $100+

Wolf, the Geek Squad technician was fantastic! He was able to install our Best Buy purchased TV mount on our lanai concrete wall very quickly and efficiently. He assessed the situation and figured it out in very little time. Our TV looks fabulous on the mount and performs perfectly. We highly recommend the Geek Squad services and you'll be fortunate if Wolf is your technician!

Absolutely the best. Not sure all Geek Squad services are great but ours was. Installed 85-inch TV with ease. Purchased a new soundbar and they hooked that up for no additional charge. Very friendly and courteous employees.

The Geek Squad service were amazing! They came in, took their time to mount the TV how we wanted, where we wanted and hooked up all our devices to the TV. They then took their time to explain the set up and how to use the system well.

Brendton Brown, a Double Agent, was OUTSTANDING. We love our new wall-mounted TV and should have done it years ago. Drandton was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He did all the work by himself. We could have not asked for better service at a reasonable price.

The technicians let me know that the TV mount could not be used on the designated wall. They had a new, different wall mount bracket in their van and installed it. The fact that they were able to perform the switch while they were there saved us several days and a repeat visit. Efficient and personable. Perfect.

The service was excellent! The guys were very professional and had the television installed within a few minutes and the old television hauled away. They synched the television with the sound bar and remote. I definitely would recommend all customers use the Geek Squad for set up.

The Geek Squad Agents were highly prepared and an awesome team all around. They mounted my television and connected it with all of my devices. They even guided me through on how to use all of the devices since I am not tech savvy.

Overall the technicians that arrived for the installation were quick, did a clean job, cleaned up after themselves, and consulted with us in regards to our TV mounting. On time and friendly service, would use geek squad again for installations.

Mathew was prompt, took appropriate time snd care installing the Frame tv on my wall. He measured so it was centered properly. He set up the tv with the cable channels and explained how to use it. I was completely satisfied.

The agents called before arrival. They were courteous, knowledgeable and quick in their setup. They even offered to wipe down my TV which was covered in fingerprints from when it was brought inside by friends of mine. They did a great job explaining options and were very helpful.
