Our Geek Squad technician was absolutely wonderful! He was courteous and very friendly. He hung our large screen TV and swivel bracket with great care but was also a very fast process as he was very knowledgeable. He was the coolest Geek Squad guy ever!

Nice technicians and great work but way too expensive for the level of effort required. I was charged an extra $130 (for a grand total of $380) for the TV to be mounted above the fire place which is not any higher or more difficult than any other spot on a wall. It took them a total of 15 minutes to mount the TV. Also, It was a Frame TV and I was told during the service they couldn’t run the wires through the wall because the one connect cord is not compliant with fire code. I understand this but I should have been informed of this prior to the service so that I could make sure I had the right cord so they could properly hide the wires through the wall. Will hire elsewhere for future mounting services

Today I had the Pioneer TV Installed and set-up by "Geoffrey" of the Geek Squad and he did a Great Job! Installed mount as I requested, set-up the New TV with Roku and Antenna and showed me how to work both Roku and Pioneer Remotes & removed the old TV and mount. Thank you "Geoffrey" and Geek Squad.

Installers were very knowledgeable and professional. TV was placed accurately and neatly. They also provided a solution to hide the wiring making it look even better. I would definitely recommend them.

The agents were so helpful. They communicated very well, explained the process of what they were doing and once the tv was mounted they stayed to teach me how to use it all. The whole thing took and hour and they were so nice! While arguably too expensive I personally think it was worth it.

Online consultant correctly selected the tv mount I wanted. Installer called in advance of arrival and arrived as presented. TV and mount hung very well and very quickly. Installer answered all my questions and left the install site clean.

I highly recommend the Geek Squad for Mounting and set up for HDTV's. We ordered a 70" HDTV and they were extremely efficient and organized in their installation of it on our wall. There is NO way we could have done it as well or as fast! Plus, the agent went thru the controls with us and explained how to operate the new TV. Saved us a lot of time and head scratching. Overall, excellent job and well worth the cost!

EXCELLENT DELIVERY, SETUP AND MOUNTING INSTALLATION. HE MADE SURE HE POINTED OUT ANY FEATURES I MAY HAVE NOT NOTICED AND ASKED IF I HAD ANYMORE QUESTIONS AFTER I RAN OUT OF QUESTIONS. VERY THOROUGH JOB.

George and his colleague on 5/15/2019 ( Unfortunately I cannot remember his colleagues name. Sorry!) from the Cherry Hill location worked fast and efficient, arrived on time, and were very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions/concerns in a professional manner during my TV mounting and TV programming appointment. I would definitely recommend George and his Colleague!
