Fast and efficient service - had the TV installed and operational in no time flat. Certainly faster and more efficient than I would have been.

They installed my new TV and connected all my equipment,also they moved my old TV to my bedroom and installed in on the wall, for additional cost. I was so impressed with their workmanship.

Prefer to have the Geek Squad and not a sub contractor. The subcontractor was fine, but item did not quite end up as requested, but he gave alternatives to solve the mounting issue.

I wish I could remember the 2 guys that came to my house. I apologize. They were so professional. They set everything up made sure we were satisfied with our tv. They explained how to operate the tv, and programmed our remote They were personable and kind. I could not ask for a better experience

The agent who came to my house was by himself, but he did an amazing job. He was quick, and he made sure that everything was perfect to me. He also had good recommendations for how to use the TV.

The Geek Squad was very punctual, communicating ahead of time their expected arrival time early enough in the day to plan my day. The installation went perfectly and the New TV was setup and operational, including my DISH remote.

Apologies for the delay for providing a review. I was greatly pleased and impressed with the service provided by Mr. Derek Washington. Mr. Washington was superiorly professional and explained everything that he was going to do before he proceeded with the installation. I felt comfortable with what he was explaining and I learned many things of the TV and its functions while he was installing the TV. To my surprise, I found out that I could control my TV and my washer and dryer, that I purchased last year, all from my phone. This was a neat thing to learn that I am sure I would have never realized had Mr. Washington not explained this to me. Thank you so much!
