The agents mounted my TV and made sure it was secure and in a stud, as they pointed out my last TV I installed was not. They were very helpful and showed me how to use the remotes, etc.

They did a great job removing the TV from one wall and mounting it on the brick wall above the fireplace!

EXCELLENT TEAM (2), arrived on time, clean/professional appearance with Professional manners and work ethic. Discussed what we needed and issues we had. They got to work after the initial discussion and were very careful with our Furniture and all equipment. Ask permission to move/change setup etc. Great focus and very well qualified, knowledgeable team.

Installers were on time, professional and when asked questions answered without hesitation. Sale rep at store failed to tell us that the power cord could not be hidden in wall due to county regulations where I live, may have to have electrician expense now to have a good appearance look with no wires hanging in the open. Sales rep sold us the wrong hdmi cable, resulting in an additional 150.00 at the time of install
