Awesome and professional service. Three (3) techs arrived and mounted my TV quick. Great job NOTE: They do not run any new wires behind the wall for you if needed; that you have to handle yourself.

We were visited by Terence Dixon and Mike who rang before they arrived as requested. They were clearly well trained and extremely conscientious as they went about their task which was to mount and set up a new TV above a fireplace. They were efficient but happy to explain features and options. I was delighted with their efforts on my behalf.

Luis and Daniel were incredibly professional, patient and friendly with great communication before, during and after the appointment. They were also quick problem solvers and implemented solutions to improve my set up, on the spot. They made me a more loyal Best Buy customer just by their wonderful support and service. Thank you!!

Both technicians were very polite, removed the packaging & cleaned up after. I would have given 5 stars except that I was supposed to have two TV's mounted today. The 43" TV was mounted and set-up without issue and I'm very happy with the service provided. There was confusion regarding additional costs to mount the other TV over a fireplace (drywall above). Although inconvenient, I understand miscommunications can occur. I was able to confirm after they left that my Totaltech membership should have covered that service. I had to reschedule for next week. I'm hoping for the best that my second TV will be mounted and set up next week!!!
