Upon arrival they indicated the tv mount I had purchased was way over kill, the alternative saved me some dollars. They connected my tv and devices in a timely manner. Very polite.

Came back to switch a mount
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent service. He Brandon used his expertise to tell me which products he would recommend. The initial mount that he installed didn't give us enough swivel for the room so he came back and recommended/installed a different mount. He and his team were quick and professional. I would never hesitate to use Geek Squad again.

Good, but not great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installer was really nice guy, although he did try to upsell me on a $200 mount. I don't understand why all the extra little holes to find a stud. Reading the comments, this appears to be a common part of their process. I have mounted a dozen or more TVs and I have never done that. That's what stud finders are for. The TV was mounted at the perfect height and level. He also set up the TV, and cleaned up well. The only thing I'm not please with are the extra little holes. They're not visible from the front so I can live with it.
