Francis was THE BOMB

He had to fix the mistakes of the 3rd party people. I only wish the Geek Squad sent their people, the 1st time, not outsourced with 3rd party

Geek Squad installation of 75" TV.

They put all packaging in the box as they removed it from the TV. They moved my old TV to my bedroom, then set up the new one in it's place in the living room. They made sure they paired all my devices (Blu-ray, remotes etc). They took their time explaining how to use my new Smart TV as I have never had one before.

Half ripoff

I already had a mount and just needed another set of hands to get the TV up there on it. I paid for y'all to setup a mount too but didn't need it. Would have been better to just pay for setup
