Geek Squad to the Rescue... Again

The Squad fellas are always fast, efficient and helpful. They answered all the questions I had and showed me some things about my TV that they knew might be an issue if I didn't know about them. I am always so pleased with the Geek Squad service and am so glad I have the policy.

Fast, friendly and on time techs

The two gentleman that arrived respected my wishes and wore a face mask well inside my home (thank you for that by the way). They were able to hang my 40" wide screen MSI computer monitor in less than an hour.

Best experience with the Geek Squad

He answered all of our questions and saw another issue I didn’t notice and that was easily resolved with his help. He took the time to ask if the mount placement area was sufficient.

Geek Squad mounted & connected tv very well
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was nervous about having anyone mount my tv on my brand new rock wall fireplace. I considered having a special A/V company mount the tv but last minute decided to have Geek Squad. They did an excellent job and very happy to have them mount other tv's. Screen was a close to the rock surface as possible without any distruction to rock surface.
