I have used them 3 times now and the service has just gotten better and better. All 3 sets of employees that delivered my items were professional, fast and they set up my products and answered all my questions without hesitation. They cleaned up after themselves- no mess left behind. They showed up on time! No delays!

The agents who came were respectful of our home, quick in mounting the tv and very knowledgeable. They were on time. They answered all questions and provided great service.

I've already done this but will do it again. The agent who delivered and installed my TV was outstanding. He set up a base to attach the TV too which worked perfectly AND he knew how to do it quickly. The TV went on the base perfectly. He also connected the TV to the internet and set up the parameters for the TV. Lastly, he carried out an old, bulbous TV by himself when he was supposed to have someone with him to help.

I have used Geek Squad twice now. The first time was a young man and woman. They were quick in and out. Maybe 4 stars but only because they didn't ask me about the height they installed the TV on the wall and it really should have been about 1.5 inches higher. But this last time... I can't rave enough. Ex-military man probably mid 40s. Just superb. His supervisor called for a review about 3 days after installation and I went on and on. That is exactly what in-home installation is supposed to be like!

The agent brought my new TV, set it up. Mounted my other TV. They were efficient and thorough.

The agent mounting my tv to the wall did it so easily and quickly. I had had a very frustrating in store experience, only to come home and open the box to a cracked tv. I was losing my faith until the gentleman installed my tv. He was kind, professional and efficient.

Two Geek Squaders showed up with the TV and tools. They moved the old TV upstairs to the walk-out attic, covered the old TV with the packaging for the new TV, then installed the new TV, making sure it was level with the room. Then the senior person took the remote and gave us a lesson on how to use the set, get to the internet, and how to program the TV to do various functions. When they left, they took it all with them, and we are happy campers. All work as advertised and we are in good shape.

Team did an exceptional job installing my TV. They ran into some unexpected studs when drilling the in-wall connection and resolved it to my satisfaction. The team was an outside company that are employeed when the Geek Squad is not available. Very happy with their work and would use again.

We were getting 3 TVs mounted. Geek squad brought 3 guys to get the job done quickly but unfortunately we were waiting for 2 of them to be delivered that same. They mounted the 1 we had and one of the guys waited for the others to be delivered. We appreciate the fact that the geek squad guy waited! It would’ve been a nightmare if we needed to mount them ourselves but he hung out for almost an hour without any complaints! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to come and mount our TVs!! The geek squad really did a good job of installing my TV. They showed up when they said they would, had all the necessary parts and tools, and had it hooked up and running in about a half hour. First the crew that arrived was terrific. I’d give them a 5plus. I dropped the rating because Best Buy’s communications of their arrival time was beyond awful. They were late but no updates were provided or apparently even possible. Some time after the installation occurred I got a reminder of the original scheduled time. Great setup experience. Terrible terrible communication

The guys who delivered and set up my new smart TV and wall mount, were knowledgeable and helpful. They also cleaned up and collected any boxes etc.
