I have already given a great view on the installation of my new Samsung TV 50 inch screen. Clifton did a great job of mounting the TV and clean up of the debris and floor. He was professional and courteous.

Let me start by saying that this is not a review for the Samsung TV Frame. This is about the horrible Geek Squad Installation Service that went with it. I ordered this one mid-October and unfortunately there was a delay and I received the TV by the 2nd week of Nov. Best Buy even promised me for a $100 gift card which I haven’t received until now. When it came, they told us that I needed to pay additional $212.98 (as it would be placed above the fireplace, replacing an old TV mounted) on top of the $199 that I paid online when I bought it. Without any hesitation, I paid the additional cost. After they removed our old one (that left a terrible disaster on my newly painted wall), they said it won’t be in the middle of the fireplace which would really look ugly. So we decided not to install it. They even advised us to call our own contractor to resolve this issue, and which we did. After that, I called BestBuy and they were able to refund me the $199 (via BB card) initial installation cost and advised me to just dispute the $212.98 (via Citibank) since I cannot get hold of the Geek Squad 3rd party installation co. So that is what I did, but to my surprise they were rejecting my dispute. Seriously? Isn’t it unfair for us? - There was NO TV installed. - All in all, it just us too much delay and hassle. - We kept the 75-inch TV despite of everything that happened. - We ourselves fixed our wall. - If we only knew that the cost of removing a not-so-heavy old TV would be $212, we could have done it in the first place. They did it in just a minute in front of us. - The service was very misleading. Also, if BestBuy Card Services refunded the first half, isn’t it an admission that THERE IS NO SERVICE RENDERED? $212.98 is nothing compared to the cost of our TV and our contractor’s fee. It should be also nothing for Best Buy to keep a very loyal customer, one who have bought almost every electronics and gadgets from them. In addition, I called Best Buy today, got transferred more than 10 times to several groups.... but at the end day still, there was NO resolution offered! Come on, please just have a heart. Really, in our pandemic times!?!

Had a little hick up with the mounting the TV but came back to access the problem. Situation taken care of the mounting problem. The TV was crooked on the wall they came back and fixed the problem at no change. Iam so happy now that the TV is leveled on the wall. I can look at TV now satisfied.

the guy was great but i was so happy to get a TV I forgot I turned the water on and flooded my apartment and two below me and I'll have to blame the TV if I get evicted!!!!!! in

This was great, but will be changing. They will not be offering this anymore when purchasing TV. It was offered free with Total Tech. Now that the name has changed it will not be offered and you will have to pay for Mounting. However, this was my last free tv mount and the GEEK Team did a wonderful job. Please bring this back.

Getting the TV setup by Geek Squad was the easy way to go and they do a very good job.

They mounted a 65" heavy Sony TV up above my mantle. The TV didn't come with a needed piece to mount, but the geeks located the hardware and mounted and adjusted the hydraulics perfectly on the mount!

Wow. I was really impressed with the service. The representative was very helpful in keeping me up-to-date on arrival time so there was no waiting around for hours. When he arrived the service team was quick, extremely professional, answered our questions, and did an excellent job with the install. Very happy.

Geek Squad kept me informed on his arrival w/date and time. He wore covers on his boots, so not to dirty the hardwood floor. He waas professional and helpful inexplaining how everything worked.

The agents mounted my Samsung Tv and connected everything necessary to get the tv working. They went over in great detail how the tv worked. My husband and I are old and could operate the remote when they left. They are an awesome team. They know what they are doing. So polite and neat.
