What can I say , Best Buy , is literally the “BEST “ great prices. And who doesn’t love the GEEK SQUAD ….

The agents mounted my Samsung Tv and connected everything necessary to get the tv working. They went over in great detail how the tv worked. My husband and I are old and could operate the remote when they left. They are an awesome team. They know what they are doing. So polite and neat.

Disappointed not worth the money. To begin with I did not receive the notification 24 hours ahead of time, I was called the day of install to be told they had to reschedule and the next appointment would not be until 10 days later. Again, I did not get 24 hour notice with a smaller delivery window. My install was scheduled between 1:00 and 8:00, I received a phone call at 10:00 a.m stating they would be at my house in 45 minutes. Luckily I happen to be home. When the installer arrived to install and setup my 65 inch TV, he stated he would need my help as he was by himself. I am a female in my 50’s and paid to have it installed not help the person lift and mount the TV. After we were finished he got ready to leave and I had to tell him he was supposed to set up the TV and connect it to the internet and show me how it worked. He acted very agitated and said well it’s your TV so your going to have to set it up. He grudgingly connected it to my internet and cable but did not explain one thing. Had I known it was going to be like this, I would have not paid the extra money

I purchased the premium TV mounting (completely unaware there was a basic option as this was never even mentioned when I asked about what mounting services they had). The first tech I now know was a 3rd party contractor. He did not have the proper Certificate of Liability Insurance to perform the work in my condo. He was unprofessional and called for some sort of compensation from Best Buy for the installation not happening right in front of me. He complained about his previous customers of the day as he had had issues with all his appointments that day. He said he would take the box and packing material with him, but then hustled out before I realized he hadn't removed the garbage. I had to do the TV set up myself. Something I paid for in this premium option. I had to make a second trip to Best Buy to reschedule the appointment. I provided an example of the paperwork I needed and was assured it would be handled. The store manager herself said she would call me to follow up. That of course never happened. The second technician came, an actual Geek Squad employee, but the form had not been filled out correctly. No installation happened, but at least he handled the reschedule and facilitated getting the new paperwork in motion before leaving. I appreciated that. He was very professional. The TV was finally mounted on the third attempt. I took 2 days off work. 12 hours of delivery windows. Setting up my own TV and attaching all peripheral devices. I had to handle the disposal of garbage too big for my condo building's trash room by myself. When I went back to the Cambridge, MA Best Buy to request a refund for this "service" it was met with a petty response and they would only issue a partial refund on the mounting service, because "the service ultimately happened."

The gentlemen were great to work with and very polite. They decided mid install that the mount we ordered didn't work and that we would be better off with another so they changed it out seamlessley.

The Agents installed my 43" Sampson TV and set top box. Did a super job. Very courteous and helpful. Cleaned up everything before leaving and explained TV operation. I love Geek Squad. There is nothing these guys can't do in record time.

They were amazing at their job. I wasn’t sure they would be able to hang out 85” tv on our ship lap and they were precise, and extremely careful. They called in for help for added safety.

I purchased a T6i chicken Sony 4K X90J. They came and set it up, the installers were extremely knowledgeable and also removed the fluff apps that I would Never use, they also connected it to me audio head unit so I could use the Dolby Atmos. I am extremely happy with the installation.

Excellent! They problem solved our situation, explained our options, and provided an awesome setup. We are not tech savvy and they were very patient and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The team installed the TV mount and connected my sound bar seamlessly. I truly appreciate the way they cleaned up & took my old TV to recycle. Than you!

Agents were prompt polite, knowledgeable and instructive communicating well all the issues that transpired. They easily diagnosed and began to initiate the task of resolving things so we could enjoy the tv asap.

Installation was quick and clean. Geek squad showed up early and was in and out with 2 hours. Spent time to check out all of the functions of the TV and helped with set up.
