This install was not completed today. I was told by the installation tech that there would be additional costs to mount my new TV over a fireplace (drywall above) and I purchassed a mount from Best Buy. I explained that I already paid an additional amount for a membership and scheduled the service option which included installation above a fireplace. Since there was still confusion, I said I would need to confirm with Best Buy before proceeding. I was able to confirm with gentleman named Norton that there should not have been any additional costs and that I had scheduled correctly for installation above a fireplace. He rescheduled this install for next week. I don't feel this should be marked complete when the service had to be rescheduled.

Extremely happy with the service we received. Quick and easy service hooking up all our devices and spent all the time needed for answering any questions I had.

This product is very good. I would reecommend it to others. My room space feels much greater and looks good. We enjoy the fact that it has flexible movements. Then we can push it back to the wall, thenit looks nice. Our friends and family has commented on the fact that it looks good

Installation was done professionally and expertly. After installation, Geek Squad explained everything and answered all questions related to the TV

Still enjoying my wall mounted 65" TV without wires dangling in view. The tech communicated regularly so that I could plan my duties around the install. All questioned were addressed very clearly.

We were unable to reach the network. The two men that came fixed that issue and gave us some instruction on how to avoid the same issue. They were a great help.

Best Buy Geek Squad did a good job installing my TV mount, although the mount doesn't compare to the previous mount I had installed. It doesn't swing with a wide range to watch in different locations of my open concept area!

They arrived on time, asked what I wanted, looked over my current set-up, and replace the bad TV with one of mine. They took the bad TV with them, It's been working without incident.
