Best Buy Geek Squad did a good job installing my TV mount, although the mount doesn't compare to the previous mount I had installed. It doesn't swing with a wide range to watch in different locations of my open concept area!

The tv mount is very well made and the installers were very professional and nice and neat. They arrived on time and were very friendly.

They arrived on time, asked what I wanted, looked over my current set-up, and replace the bad TV with one of mine. They took the bad TV with them, It's been working without incident.

Agent installed both tvs and tried to help us figure out the speaker system that previous owners left in our house. Use of speaker system still not clear but the tvs are fine

I am very impressed with the job that was done. I was not expecting our Geek Squad person to car so much about aesthetic. I appreciate that he talked to us and gave recommendations.

I honestly can’t give an honest review because I haven’t really had to use them but I’m when I did have to call them they had excellent customer service.

The tech team mounted one of my TVs and connected devices in record time. In spite of the error made by the online chat's incorrect scheduling of two TV unmountings.

The team that installed the new tv were great, they tackled the problem of installing a new mount with ease. This however took them longer than I assume the installation was scheduled. The Geek Squad appeared to be in a hurry to complete the setup to my Pioneer and Fire Cube and the two systems do not work together, the remotes are not synced. The Fire turns on both TV and Amp but do not turn them both off. I sent a questionnaire back to the Geek Squad asking for a follow up appointment or a return phone call, still waiting.
