Just right for our 70” over fireplace. Didn’t need rotation, modest tilt perfect. Geek Squad was great. Efficient, knowledgeable, polite.

Excellent setup and excellent service the team was Prompt and very skillful.

I made an appointment to have 2 TVs mounted on the wall I went thru all the necessary steps over the phone everything went great the geek squad was very nice and got me all set up I even signed up to become a member since I was going to put up more TV on my wall, I called back to add another TV installed so now it's 3 TVs, when the 2 gentleman showed up everything was good untill all of sudden he said I have to pay $150 more on top of the $350 I had already paid over the phone due to the fact that the geek squad failed to disclose this information over the phone when I booked it, so I called them up to have them remove the charges or give me some type of credit as this was there fault and they simply did nothing for me and left me hanging, if I was aware of the extra charges I wouldn't be upset but they never disclosed it untill they were here, I love best buy but as big of a company as they are they could've handled the situation different.....I will be cancelling my membership and at this point rather go to Walmart to buy my TV, I also didn't mention I bought the TVs from them and the mount I spend alot of money for them to not at least aknowledge the situation the way they should of.

Service was great. The agen easily mounted my TV in just the right spot then connected the sound to my devices. Also hooked up the new sub woofer speaker.

We had our tv & sound bar mounted in our new apartment, and we are not happy with how it looks. Unfortunately, the job was subpar, The sound-bar is crooked, and the tv is too close to the sound-bar and covers it. The only resolution is to have someone come out and redo the mounting, which would cause damage to our new apartment, and honestly is not realistic. This service was costly, and it's miserable that it was done poorly the first time and that we have to be ok with that.

Had the squad out 2 times now for sound bar installation and to take down old tv and put up new one. They are fast and efficient. Recommended

I didn't really get what I paid for. There was only one technician - not the two shown - so I had to help him with moving the boxed to up a flight of stairs, unboxing, etc. That was a bit disappointing right off the bat. This new 55" tv was going onto an existing mount, replacing a tv that was already there. Out of the blue, while removing the tv, he claimed one of the screws was stripped. He asked me if the tv was originally installed by the Best Buy Geek Squad. Nope. Actually I did it and I'm not strong to strip a screw bare handed. Miraculously he was then able to remove the screw. The rest of the installation was somewhat uneventful. He mounted the new tv onto the existing mount and declared it done. I connected everything and did the setup myself - again, not what the product description said. Also, he didn't pick up anything. I dragged the boxes and all the trash out myself. It wasn't that bad of an installation, but it wasn't what I paid $249 for. Honestly, I don't think he wanted to do it and this wasn't even that hard (I mean - I'm re-using an existing mount). I would not hire the Geek Squad again. I should have just asked a friend to help. At least that way the tv would be at the correct height.
