The agents asked me where I wanted the mount placed and then made sure that the setup was aesthetically appealing after, gave me the rest of the pieces they didn’t need for the install, and threw away the box for us after setup and even helped me out with remote setup when they finished the install. They were really nice and wore their masks the whole time. I would definitely recommend this service. The guys that came to our house definitely went above and beyond just installing the wall mount.

Shout out to the geek squad! They mounted and setup my new TV. Called several times in advance to make sure I had everything and let me know when they would be there, including a call that morning when they were headed my way. Found studs, mounted the .TV. Great job, very personable, very knowledgeable and worth every penny.

The gentleman (Mike and James - I'm a Disney fan, so i remembered them because of the main characters from Monsters, Inc.) that delivered and installed my tv were awesome! They even "recycle" the box it came in. Best Buy: Please do better about adding on additional fees and supplies - maybe let the customer know what they'll need in advance?

Top Notch Service people! They called three different times to keep us informed as to where they were and the time they expected to arrive. Respectful, took off shoes, made sure any dust from drilling went into receptacle and not on the floor. Quick and efficient.

The geek squad guys were great. I am fairly handy, but I didn't want to take a chance on mounting a large TV to wall without a second set of hands. They showed up, mounted the TV on the wall and got everything hooked up without a problem. They even gave me options for the placement that I hadn't considered, and now, I'm glad I went with their suggestion. I have the total tech support, and I think the service was worth every penny of the $50 I paid. The tech support package paid for itself with this service.

The premium installation was great! They even had premium HDMI cable ready on hand which really enhanced the picture quality

Alex & the other geek squad was awesome! I’ve had two different tvs mounted from Best Buy and this pair was amazing. They showed up on time! They communicated with updates on arrival time. They explained everything really well and I couldn’t be happier.

Monica from Geek Squad was here promptly after the 20 minute window opened (8 am to 12 pm). Friendly, knowledgeable and a problem solver. Took the 8 year old Samsung off the wall after disconnecting cables. Connected everything to new tv. Ran the power for blue ray player up the wall mounted shelf cord channel. Hung the new tv up and connected everything up. Monica did a great job and everything was clean and precise. She setup up the wireless and tested the picture and sound settings. Worth the time and money if you don't have an extra pair of hands to do it yourself.

The two guys who installed my television mount did a great job. They made sure I knew how to move the TV safely and they cleaned up the packaging and tok it away. My only complaint is that I purchased the mount at home when they arrived. The receipt didn't have a proper order number. The TV mount went on sale two days later at Best Buy and I couldn't price match because customer service could see the sale and purchase for something, but the order wouldn't come up U missed a good deal.

Boys were knowledgeable, prepared, efficient, clean and courteous! What more can you ask for?!

The agents (i forgot their names unfortunately) who came to mount a 75" TV suggested a different mount from the one I bought. They were quick at their job.

Installation of my 65” TV included removing my old TV and stationary mount and installing a full motion mount. The 2 installlers did an excellent job in a short amount of time. They connected my game systems and other devices. They also took the time to answer all my questions regarding my new TV. I highly recommend this service!

The Geek squad installers are VERY professional and knowledgeable. The problem is the schedulers!!! There are not enough Geek Squad teams, the time table is too large 7AM-7PM and not narrowed until day of service. Calling Best Buy number can take hours to get some measure of satisfaction. WELL trained in telling customer I am sorry.

The Best Buy installation team did an awesome job installing my Sony Tv. They were efficient, did a high quality install and clean ed up all the residue neatly. The team also had a great and friendly demeanor. Would be happy to work with them again.

My daughter is a student at the university of Florida, two hours from Tampa. She wanted her tv hung on the wall in her apartment but had no idea how. We were going to drive there and install for her and after thinking about — buy the right drill bits, gas to get there, lug the stuff up to her apartment, lunch and dinner for her and her friends, loading her up with groceries— it was by far cheaper and faster to send Best Buy to do the job professionally. They were able to accommodate her next day and in the time slot she needed. They were in and out and she’s happy!
