Great service terrible at fixing issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mount was great and techs were friendly but we sustained damages to our wall due to them dropping a ladder and we’ve been put in the situation where we have to figure out how to get it fixed. I work for a company where this tends to happen but we NEVER put it on the owner to get it fixed. This is completely unprofessional and were still stuck with a damaged wall at a brand new built house
