    Great installation but beware. The installation is really 'great' to ensure your warranty. They super glued the wire covers to the walls and do not offer uninstall (movers do not either) so after trying for a long time, I had to rip them off, damaging the walls and ended up paying a lot in wall repairs. There is no gentle way to get them off. I would refer but warn of what the future holds.

    Only wish the service was cheaper. That is all! Good job just wish it was cost effective or included the mount in the overall amount.

    Our 83" TV hangs a little crooked on the wall. They can't seem to get it to hang level.

    The tech who came out was nice friendly and easy to talk to. But I was not pleased because he drew a long pencil line on the wall, that did show when the TV, a small 24 inch one) and when we plugged in the receiver the box had the wrong time on it and the TV kept saying there was no signal. I was told I would have to get with Spectrum to fix it. WELLLLLLLLL I work on it myself without Spectrum and was able to get it to work (he was using the TV remote and not the receiver remote . And he never put the cover on the mounting that showed the screws. They were left in the box which again I did myself. This was not worth the price of install and I told my 3 friends who were going to use BB to mount there TV on the Wall. Once again I waited for a Geek Squad member and was disappointed . Again I will say the tech was nice....... but NO i would not recommended anyone using you to mount a TV. Thank you for asking me to do this survey but really I dont think I will hear from you!!!!
