I purchased 3 50" Samsung Crystal UHD TVs individually and had 2 of them mounted on separate dates. I'm not entirely sure why, but the installment/mounting teams with Best Buy are always very pessimistic and initially allude to not being able to do the service (same thing happened when I purchased my washer & dryer through Best Buy and a team came to install). Not sure what that's all about but the TVs were mounted very professionally and beautifully and they look great!

The agents that installed my TV did a great job, clean and super fast

The guys came and mounted the TV and setup speakers with the receiver I had. However, they were unable to integrate the house speaker system into the receiver which was a let down. Other geek squad teams have been more knowledgeable. But otherwise, they did a great job in mounting the TV and setting up the sound system for the TV.

I was originally scheduled to have a TV installed and mounted with Manada but had an awful time attempting to get the delivery scheduled. Once I was scheduled through Geek Squad, there were no issues. Alfredo came out and had the new TV mounted and hooked up in 20 minutes. A stark contrast to the previous service I had received up to that point.

Both Geek Squad agents were very timely, polite, and prepared. They got the TV mounted cleanly in no time at all!

The installation team was on time, explained my options (wall or table mount) enabling me to make that decision. They moved in an efficient manner and removed all packing materials, etc. (Also appreciated: A few of my questions answered regarding the TV itself since that arrived a few days prior to the installation).

These guys were the best. Specifically the two that came and mounted mine. Really top tier guys. Took time to make sure my TV was at the exact right eye level while we talked about anime and silly nonsense. Pretty good experience.

The agents where professional and friendly and mounted tv perfectly

The installers made quick work of getting my 65 inch TV mounted at the desired elevated position on the wall. Connected my cable box, DVD, and ROKU and checked it out. Showed me some of the basics of the controller including how to get audio directed to the desired output device. They were respectful of the surroundings and left the place as neat as when they came. Oh yes, they came when they said they would which is much appreciated. Professionals!

Due to an arm injury I am unable to hang the tv myself. So I hired Geek Squad to install it for me. They did a fantastic job. They placed it right where I wanted it, made sure it was level and hooked up my cable box. Highly recommend their services

The 2 installers showed up and were very friendly ask where I wanted the TV mounted. Installed with the purchased in wall wire kit purchased. Did a good job checked after installation showed how to work the remote and cleaned up afterwards

These folks sure know how to get a job done and do it right. I would trust the GEEK Squad to do any job and get it done quick. They came to my home installed the wall mount, put up the 85 inch Sony TV, connected to the internet and all my devices in about an hour. What a superb job.

The men who installed my huge new TV over the fireplace did a fantastic job! They recommended equipment and components and were dead on with those recs. They were professional in demeaner and their labor. The TV was installed quickly and efficiently and looks great. They then walked me through set up for the TV and my personal Apple TV. The men also followed Covid protocols and were respectful of me and my new home. Very good experience.

Great jobs setting up my new 55 in tv. Arrived on time very knowledgeable. He went over everything with me. Clean up everything. Everything done timely. It’s was worth me paying to have third done. This company was great. Great job!!!
