Awesome service. The guys were friendly, quick and very helpful in getting my new TV set-up and mounted.

Michael from the Geek Squad mounted my TV on a tricky wall with little or no damage. He went over instructions until I was certain I understood which remote I need for which operation. He cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished. He set up everything needed, but couldn't get my aged DVD player to connect to the TV. That was a disappointment but an understandable situation.

I was very satisfied with the installation team. As stated above, they were very efficient and knowledgable.

These guys were really great! They were fast, explained everything to me. Installed really well. Cleaned everything up and patiently taught me how to download all my apps needed. Really amazing guys. I highly recommend them.

The purchase went well and the Geek Squad tech was great. Edgar (my tech) explained everything in detail. You would not have known it was a wall installation because there was not a spec of plaster dust anywhere. He even advised me to get a smaller cable box from Comcast so he could place it on the back of the wall mount. PERFECT!!!! Just another reason I am happy to be a member of Total Tech support.

The installation was exceptional and they knew all I needed to add apps and get everything going. They had experience in my subdivision and knew exactly what to do to add the mount for the TV

They were prompt in arriving, quick to fix the issues, and conscientious in answering our questions regarding the new set up. The Geek Squad never fails in exceeding all expectations! What a great television - sound, picture and easy to use

Very professional and courteous. They arrived in a timely manner. Kept me aware during installation, catered to my wants as far as final position and approval of the work done.

The guys who mounted my TV were very knowledgeable and were very precise with measuring to make sure it looked balanced on the wall… they were also very nice and wanted to make sure I was happy with their work before they left.

The technicians from Best Buy delivered and installed my two new televisions. They were efficient, fast and polite.
