The install team arrived on time, really took the time to work with us on perfect placement of where to hang the wall mount and TV and answered all our questions. They were very neat, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The guys were friendly and respectful.

The Geek Squad was FANTASTIC! They arrived early! (that rarely happens anywhere else!) They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! They were fast. The installation was done in about 20 minutes! and they cleaned up before they left! We are glad we chose the Geek Squad!

All good for most part . Just fo my application they couldn’t use my Roku mount. They used another mount that cost me another $110 which was disappointing but everything is good and I am enjoying my big Roku tv on the wall . Thanks Geek Squad!

The installers were not Geek Squad but did the work and were very professional and quick, but I didn't realize before they left that the only speaker on was the TV which was not loud enough, but I could hear it When I contacted Best Buy and explained the problem to them, they were very quick to help fix the problem. Best Buy sent another installer out and they found that the auxiliary speakers were not connected and fixed the problem. I am very pleased with everyone's help.

So far so good. Picture is beautiful and the ease of use is great.

Geek Squad guys showed up on schedule and did an unusual installation (for them) in my living room, quickly and efficiently. No complaints and they were professional and friendly. I have used them before and their work to ensure they installed everything correctly and to prove it all works and to show me how to operate everything was excellent! Best Buy did a awesome job at installing this TV it is massive and after finally getting my mount in they came back to put on the wall.

After purchasing an 82" Samsung Television, I began my search for a stand large enough to accommodate it. Quickly discovered that I was going to have to pay over $1,000 for the ones I liked. Instead, I opted to have Best Buy Geek Squad mount it for me and, resultantly, saved some money and it is now beautifully mounted on the wall of my media room. Quick and professional installation.

The two Geek Squad members arrived on time and were very good in installing a large flat-screen TV promptly. They also accommodated my request to hide peripherals like the cable box and Roku behind the set to reduce cable clutter. They even came back to straighten the set when it shifted on the wall mount. Although we did not need it, they offered to program remotes. They were very conscientious in cleaning up work space. High praise for this team in making installation easy.

The guys were so patient and very respectful. They explain everything about the installation and made some suggestions to have a better view and clean wall for the tv installation.

The agent who installed my Insignia also set it up so that I could easily turn on and off my TV. He was so very wonderful and even helped put back my TV console which is very very heavy. I am a senior citizen and his thoughtfulness meant a great deal to me. I recommend this service.

The geek squad did an amazing job when installing the Samsung Frame to the fireplace area. And also putting the Sony Bravia 8 in the basement.
