The two reps that came swiftly got my 85" Sony TV up a flight of stairs and expertly installed the bracket and asked me where to drill and all of that. I told them they are the experts, so I went with what they suggested and everything has been hunky-dory. Very quick service, they placed a mat to cover the hardwood floors while installing, they worked well together, brought two trucks so they communicated to each other which tools they had and needed. Honestly, they were top-notch especially considering the physical labor involved in getting the super-large TV up the skinny flight of stairs in the first place. Arrived pretty much on time, too. Nice guys, very responsive, very helpful. I think it is just a no-brainer to pay for GeekSquad installation if you purchase such a great product. You get what you pay for, and probably then some.

The TV installation was flawless! The technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was mounted securely and neatly, with no mess left behind. The cables were hidden perfectly, and the setup looks amazing. Highly recommend this service for a smooth, hassle-free experience.

The two guys — Geek Squad — showed up and were prepared. My wife and I had mapped out where we wanted the TV on the wall and after a brief discussion and verification, they installed the TV exactly where we asked (like within 1/4”, I measured) and set up everything on the TV. They also ran some demo clips to give me an idea of what I’d bought. I’d add that when I arranged for installation, some times/dates were supplied by a third party so you may want to make sure you get an actual Geek Squad appointment.

I used the Geek Squad’s TotalTech Service to deliver such a big TV and its Sound Bar since I did not want to try to be creative with packing/driving it home. The two men that delivered my new Sony TV and Speakers did as expected, with one minor fault on both of our parts regarding the vibrant nature of the picture quality - I did not ask them to adjust it and they did not ask if the picture quality was what we wanted. The vibrant pictures/images were almost too glaring to comfortably watch from now to the end of my TV’s time and I may have had to call them out again. However, I am tech-minded and consider this to be a simple LOL type of situation, since I can easily make the adjustments to my liking. Other folks may have thought to ask for the vibrancy to be adjusted before the guys left, but these “other folks” may not have thought about it until the shiny new ownership wore off and felt the need for the Geek Squad to make a second house call. The potential for a second house call is the only point of contention in this matter.

It took a few tries for the company to get the scheduling right but the installer was great. Fast, courteous and knowledgeable.

These guys were great. Very prompt, cordial and listened to what/where we wanted the wall extension socket, tv wall mount placed and they worked through the obstacles. Completed whole project in less than 1 hr, including instructing us in using the product. Have used Geek Squad in our home, multiple times, in 2 different states w/ very satisfying results each time.

The agents were polite and worked efficiently and collaborated with me on finding the ideal placement of my 75 inch TV in my new apartment. Upon request, they also covered the cord with an adhesive attachment for me. Both were very nice gentlemen and worked well together.

The men who came to connect and set up our new TVs were terrific, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job.

Geek Squad installed my 77" OLED tv. It was super fast and now I don't worry about it falling off the wall.

The technician expertly mounted our new TV with the heavy and sturdy wall mount. He was very polite, focused and careful, instilling the necessary trust in us that our precious TV was safely attached to the wall via a swivel mount. He also checked that all the settings on the TV and the connections worked properly, nicely organized the cable mess and synchronized the remotes.

The agent was familiar with my new tv and its mounting. He was organized, quick, and professional.

5 stars to the 3rd party company hired to install/mount my TV. Best Buy gets 0 stars for the ordering process ans customer service. All their installations ans mounting are done via a 3rd party. Mike, the person that mounted my TV, was absolutely amazing.

Once mounted, it delivers a sleek, modern look, and the viewing angles and cable management options help enhance the overall setup. Be sure to use the proper mounting hardware, and consider professional installation if you're not confident in doing it yourself. Good thing Geek squad did the mounting!

Great job mounting TV. Fast and efficient for Tv in home office.

The installation was excellent! They called an hour before to let me know that they were running a little later than expected. They showed up when they said they were and were in and out very quickly. They were polite and left the job area neat.

The agents moved a tv from my living room to bedroom and mounted on the wall. Installed a new larger tv in my living room, connected dvd player, soundbar and fios. They were very professional, respectful of my property, extremely knowledgeable and quick. They cleaned up what little debris there was.

The geek squad showed up right on schedule, briniging my new 77inch TV with them. They took tge old TV down and mounted the new one and then carefully hooked up all the connections for my surround sound and multiple media components.
