Guys were exceptional! Professional and courteous. TV up on wall in less than a hour. Cleaned up after and hauled away boxes for mounting bracket and 75 inch TV. Definitely recommend! Unfortunately, delivery and setup will not be part of the updated Total Tech package.

The service was amazing. Extremely quick and efficient and nice man that took care of the installation.

The techs arrived on time with a call just before getting here. They were polite and efficient. They installed the television on the wall with the cords inside the wall exactly where I wanted it. They picked up all the packing and removed it when they left. They made sure that everything worked and that I understood how to operate it before they left.

The geek squad agent showed up on time and was quick and professional! Total time of installation was around 10 minutes.

I have had the Geek Squad twice now, with 2 new tv sets! One needed to be wall mounted and the other was replacing an already wall mounted tv. Both times they were great! The were polite, worked steadily, and cleaned up after themselves. We also had a new washer installed! Love Total Tech, best decision i ever made!

This mount is great. Accordions and tilts as needed.

The agents mounted and installed the tv, made all the necessary connections and ran it through its paces. They also picked up all styrofoam pieces, cardboard and other miscellaneous wrappers. They were fast and efficient. I think they assumed that I knew more than I actually knew, but they were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Our purchase/delivery got very complicated and we were extremely disappointed. We called the Stillwater, OK store to buy and arrange everything but our phone rep was not in store and DID NOT LISTEN to our install address. He scheduled our install at our Texas address even though we told him 4-5 times it was a Stillwater, OK INSTALL! It was a mess. One man in corporate helped us tremendously and once he got installers rerouted they were superb. I was very sad to learn just because you call a store location you do not get the store! That I do not like!

Bought an LG C2. First one was out of box and made a popping sound when changing channels. Geek squad came out to replace tv but said it was cable box. Called cable company and swapped box but tv still popped. Reordered tv and had it installed. No popping but guessing on settings for best cable tv picture. Also, when watching baseball and golf, ball either disappeared got flashy for a moment. Very noticeable. Tried all motion settings to no avail. For a 120hz oled tv, it does not handle motion as well as 60hz LCD tvs. Geek squad saying its my cable service, never had motion problems before so i blame it on tv. I like tv for general sound and picture quality but dont understand motion issues when tracking a white ball. It also took 2 months to get tv that didnt pop when changing channels. Overall disappointed with Best Buy and LG product that was rated top tv for 2023. Would not buy this tv or anything from Best Buy in future.

Geek Squad tech Connor connected my new Samsung TV and mounted it to my existing stand. He was very quick and was done in less than one hour. Connor was professional, polite and also recommended a new 4K Fire Stick and an additional port device to connect my sound bar, firestick and Blu Ray player. Very happy with the service!

I decided to pay to have Geek Squad come to my house and mount my new 65 in. LG TV to a wall in my living room. Tony and Andrew showed up and the whole experience was awesome. They were super professional and the job was not only finished fast, but they clearly explained every part of the process and answered all my questions!
