The agents did very good job of installation and very efficient service

The agent handled what was a more complicated install with the mount of a 65 inch tv going in an area that had been a built in entertainment center. He put the articulating mount in so the tv extended in front of the old walls as the the tv was about a foot wider than the old built out space. Great secure installation that works perfectly. Cleaned up afterward and was done in a very timely manner.

Install guy was awesome. Friendly and explained everything and made sure I was happy w/ the install before he left.

They are just great and I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like to get a big tv installed. Not only were they helpful with installation but were very nice with any open questions on tv and sound bar

Best installation ever !! They knew exactly what they were doing. Went over everything with us before they left . Very friendly and knowledgeable . They answered all our questions and we weren't rushed. Highly recommend these two for an install, you won't be disappointed.

Perfect installation with great care for the surroundings. Only issue was getting it scheduled, but that’s not the installer’s fault!

Was told at the store when placing order that the crew ‘worked on older homes all the time and that lath and plaster walls were fine…’ Order placed by store associate thusly included parts necessary to conceal wires into wall. Crew showed up and said they don’t cut into lath walls and that they would have to surface mount. Crew promised to return parts and we wouldn’t be charged. This hasn’t been the case and after speaking with store manager, was informed that the crew hadn’t yet put the parts back into system yet and not to worry we wouldn’t be charged. Now have filed a dispute with Best Buy. Also should have installers write down instructions for the new universal remote ….

Great mount extremely sturdy. Easy to install. Could hide the cables no problem Setup team were fast and knowledgeable.

GREAT experience with two guys who set up TV on wall. They communicated prior to appointment and on the scheduled date. On time, very polite, knowledgeable, and all my concerns and questions answered. Cleaned up all packaging material and stated if any questions pop up in future call Geek Squad any time. 5 stars!

The agents worked most efficiently in assembling the stand and installing the TV set. I am really happy with the TV and have really been enjoying the Masters Golf tournament. The Geek Squad is a terrific adjunct to Best Buy. I am only sorry that I didn't get the set sooner, but better late than never. I have never been less than fully satisfied with the response and quality of service of the Geek Squad.

The picture on this TV is crisper, brighter, more AMAZING than any I have ever had. I would recommend this TV over any other manufacturers on the market for quality, price and most importantly; Customer Satisfaction.

Install went just as planed and on time. They also cleaned up the trash after the install.

Christian Gonzalez and his assistant were very professional and courteous. They mounted our new TV quickly and took the time to set it up and explain the new features. This is our first new TV in 15 years so definitely appreciated them taking the time.
