The Total Tech squad were professional, kind and amazing! They mounted the bracket to the wall with such perfection Placed Curved TV on and set it all up for us! Best TV for imagen quality and sound. The price is the best

The Geek Squad did a wonderful job installing 2 TVs and a sound bar. They were professional, well mannered, and had all the right tools.

The agents that came by and mounted everything were very nice. They cleaned up after themselves, also made sure we didn't need anything else. Since our tools are still on their way from being shipped. This was a great value, they measured and did everything very well.

Highly recommend this service. Moved/mounted current TV to another room and had the new TV mounted. Purchased the Total Tech service and saved myself $100 on the installation plus other fringe benefits. Could have done it myself however, so nice to sit back relax and watch someone else do it! Not to mention not answering all of the wife's questions and concerns! Tech's were very personable, knowledgeable and efficient.

Geek Squad was fantastic! They connected it to the stand and got everything working on it and did it very quickly! The two that installed it were courteous and friendly. They took their time to answer our questions. Also told me to call back if I had any problems. I couldn't ask for better service! Best Buy is one of my favorite stores!

Very happy with this install. The installers were very professional, courteous and efficient.

The techs were efficient and explained every step of the process, including how to interface with several different video sources. They also answered all questions clearly and made sure we could use the controller to do all common functions and access setup menus to customize when desired.

They did a great job. However Best Buy charged us an extra $129.99 because it was over a fire place. Geek Squad didn't have to do anything extra - they were in and out is an hour and a half as they were able to use our existing mounting. We feel the extra $129.99 was just a money maker for Best Buy.

The agents mounted TV and TV Brackets. From start to finish they seemed to know what they were doing, made sure they took care around furniture, wore masks, answered questions made sure we knew how to operate all devices, stepped us through TV operations, made sure we called Xfinity to fix a broken modem, advised us of change our decision possibilities that included upgrade in size of TV.

The team that showed up to install the tv were very professional and knew what they were doing. They had it installed a lot quicker than I expected. They were very knowledgeable about the tv and were able to answer any questions we had. They also helped get all of our services setup and working before they left.

I could not speak more highly about the people who installed my picture. They were so precise, delightful & explained everything i asked. I had to have my first screen tv exchanged & insisted upon the same people i initially met even though i had to wait a little longer to schedule with them

They were able to easily install a mount onto our wall and get our tv up. The beams weren't in an ideal location, but they were able to help figure out a suitable solution that would still look great in the room. 10/10 experience

The installers were very professional and installed my new QLED Television efficiently.

Service tech installers arrived within the time frame were friendly knowledgeable and did a very good job with my tv wall mount.

They mounted my TV perfectly. They helped me out a line it well in my room. My only that they set up all the updates and hooked it up to all the programs for me. Then they walked me through all the new features of the TV and the remote. They were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I hope to get the same 2 agents each time i need assistance.

The service we received was excellent. We were fortunate to have two individuals that knew exactly what they were doing. They were extremely professional and excellent troubleshooters. They were respectful and clean up the mess after completing the project. This is the second time was had the Geek Squad doing service in our residence. Both times were completed with great quality.

I had a wonderful TV delivery and mounting experience. The Geek Squad guys were friendly, discussed how they planned to mount the TV and then executed the plan to perfection. My wife and I are super happy and would strongly recommend letting the Geek Squad pros make your life easy and do the install rather than trying to do it yourself. Thanks!
