My Geek Squad technicians were professional and knowledgeable in replacing my TV. The TV was replaced under warranty. The replacement and set up was performed by well trained technicians. Thanks to my professional Geek Squad representatives.

We wanted to ge a wall mounted for our bedroom. Found this to be a perfect fit. We had a very old big box tv sitting on a stand. Getting a wall mounted TV cleared the space and it looks great on the wall. Being a total tech member, installation and haul away was included. Best Buy tech did an excellent job and made us happy.

The agents were friendly and quick. Asked questions on where I wanted the TV. Mounted the TV sturdily to the wall. They took all the trash with them when they left. Great expierence.

So glad I had Robert & Oliver out to mount my TVs. They actually did 3 total, and wound up coming back out to readjust the height a couple of weeks later (which was my fault). Very professional and made some great recommendations along the way, like buying wall rated HDMI cables to hide. They installed those on a return trip

Fantastic job done by polite professionals. In and out. They took the old TV that the new one replaced and ensured not only that it looked great, but that the job was cleaned up. This service was included as part of the best buy program and I was thrilled that it was at no additional cost.

Very easy - they came in, installed the TV and set it up. They knew the device and what presets they recommend. Very easy, friendly, and efficient.

The two installers did a much better job than I had expected, never having used Geek Squad services before. I had an existing mount that had to be moved a few inches higher and the did a great job installing a 75" TV. No muss, no fuss, no mess. Only issue was having to pay extra for a 12' HDMI cable - way overpriced at BB but but after spending >$3500 on a TV (more than my first new car), another $40 wasn't going to break me!

My installation team were great. They were fast, neat and professional. They answered all my questions, made suggestion and cleaned up all packaging.

I purchased geek squad protection when I purchased a tv around Christmas time. Soon after my computer started acting up and I was able to bring it in and get it fixed for free. A few weeks later we decided to upgrade the TVs in our home. I was able to save an additional $50 on my tv, and have it mounted for free because of my membership! It’s been a very fruitful investment for me thus far. You all should get it.

Was very professional and knowledgeable. They asked me to to make sure I was completely happy with the installation and the placement. They wanted to know if there was anything they can do or any questions they could answer before they leave and made sure that I was 100% happy gave me a contact number to call if I think of anything or changed my mind about the placement.

Geek squad agent Martin and his partner(forgot his name) did awesome work. Got there in time, right to business, told me of any issues they might encounter and had a plan b and c if necessary!! Very quick job!! Thank you guys!!

The TV ordered was damaged as was the replacement. The Geeks were professional & drove 2x to Best Buy to pick up our replacements. While they didn’t have the same one we ordered they pick up one that was comprable. Great job.

Super professional! The communicated exactly when they would be arriving and came when they said. They removed an older TV and wall-mount and replaced with new in under 30 minutes, which included unpacking and cleanup. I know they do this all day, but it was very impressive seeing how easy they made it look. Well worth the reasonable cost and peace of mind.

Agents mounted TV and helped feed wires through wall. Was in renovation and had prepared for TV, but required some challenges getting everything to fit right. Agent was professional and polite--very impressed. Will say that was assistant to agent and he just played on his phone during install except for hanging TV. Was a little weird as I could see he was on social media, etc. But very happy with service overall!

I bought a large flat screen TV which needed to be mounted on a different wall. Best Buy technician Dave arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m and was prepared for every situation that we had. He was also very organized and methodical to make his work quick and seemingly effortless. He went above and beyond to ask what I wanted to know and if I considered other options that may work better. The absolute best, Thank you!
