Fast and efficient. Very professional. I had my own mount and they used it no problem. The left no mess and configured the audio on the TV for the space. Absolutely no complaints, would absolutely use again!

The team that came out to install the tv were great. I purchased the tv for my parents and the installation team took the time to help my dad understand how to use his new tv. They took their time and were very patient as my dad was figuring out how to use his new tv.

Agents mounted my new tv without incident. Install went very well! Then came time to address existing 4k hdmi cable between my 4k amplifier and tv. Agent said my 50 foot cable would not deliver an adequate signal. Then he recommended a fiber optic 8k cable at 41 feet that was on the truck for $500 + tax. Now I’m in the moment to decide to add $500 to this install before testing my new tv or wait to get a new 8k hdmi cable. After questioning agent and my sanity, I agreed to purchase the new fiber optic cable. After agent departed, I was happy with the install and tv but became disappointed after online research of the 8k fiber optic cable. Bottom line, there was a $200 surcharge added to the fiber optic cable because it was on the truck. Also I had to run the new shorter cable under the carpet instead of 50 foot cable path.

Excellent service. The tech was to mount new 55” tv using the mount I had already purchased with the tv. However the mount was defective. He had another mount with him ( fortunately) which was of higher quality so it was a win. Glad I purchased the service as I will be using them again for another install in November

Dominick and his helper did an excellent job in mounting my new TV on the wall bracket. He tested the internet strength and recommended contacting Google Fiber for an upgrade. Best of all, Dominic was extremely patient in explaining the technology genres.

The two gentlemen that came to my house to set up my TV or fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. They were professional they knew what they were doing and they did such a neat job installing my TV.

The Geek Squad did a get job of installing the wall mount and were very professional.

Excellent service! The all women team knocked it out of the park. The TV mount we originally purchased was not going to work. They had another model in the truck which would and they quickly made the change out. Bonus - it was less$ and Best Buy refunded us the difference. They cleaned up after the install and it looks so good. Very professional!

The technicians did an excellent job of mounting our new TV, connecting it to our devices and teaching us how to use all the features. They were very knowledgeable; very helpful. Great job!!!

The two services personal that installed my tv and more did a great job mostly few things not so But great two guys wish bestbuy would be sending back there personalel that do the installation i give them 5 high 5

The guys were fast, professional and expert at mounting and seting everything up. I'm pretty tech savvy so I kept having to tell them i could run and set up my 7.2 sound system later! I just needed them for the TV delivery,mounting and setup cuz I cant lift any of them.

Very professional, friendly, and quick. I purchased the tv and mounting parts and they put it all together. They offered me an option to hide the cords which has worked out perfect! My only concern was in good service fashion they gave me “customer gets what customer wants” but due to my inexperience, they were going to let me mount the TV way too low until my friend dropped by and saw the error. Good catch on her part. After getting my tv console, the tv still needs to be raised 4 inches. I wonder what it would cost to come have it adjusted? Hmmm

The agent installled the mounting bracket, mounted the TV and installed the power extension and cables from the TV to the cable box and sound bar. The agent also set up my cable remote to be able to control the tv and sound bar. He cleaned the mess made by installing the power extension unit and took the TV box with him. Highly recommend this service if you are looking to mount your flat screen on the wall.

The geek squad service was excellent. The boys were efficient, polite, and very helpful with teaching me to shut up. Appreciate everything very much.

the agents that came to my house went way above and beyond. They came just before the covid closings. It took two of them to mount my TV. Had it ceiling mounted, with soundbar bracket to hang underneath. Bought parts from Amazon but these guys did everything they could to get my TV up, and they did. The soundbar bracket they tried but just couldn't make it work. They were great to talk to and very informative definitely would recommend.

Terrific job by Best Buy Installer. Geek Squad came out to look at the installation at time of purchase of the Sony TV. Geek Squad made sure the TV would fit the unusual spot I wanted to put it. Also recommended I buy a mounting bracket from a 3rd party (not Best Buy) to save me a significant amount of money. The installer came and mounted the tv perfectly. Thanks Geek Squad and Best Buy for great service!
