They were great. I already had the wall mount so they just had to mount the television. They were great, careful of the wall and surrounding surfaces. I will miss having Geek Squad in home service.

The agents were phenomenal. They just didnt install our huge tv. They spoke intelligently when we asked them questions. They set it all up and when they left, we didnt have to do anything but enjoy our beautiful shows in our beautiful living room.

The tech that came to mount my televisions was nice, knowledgeable and professional. He allowed me time to decide the exact location of where I wanted the televisions placed on the wall. He gave recommendations and his opinions, but allowed me to make the final decision. He programmed the remotes, and completed any required configurations. He didn't get a 5 star rating because I noticed an extra hole, the size of a nickel, behind the television in one of the bedrooms. It's behind the screen so I didn't see it until after he'd left. I see wall patchwork in my future. Overall, this was a good experience, and I recommend this service.

On Oct.28, 2021, Lacey from the Geek Squad did our wall mount for a new T.V. She also adjusted other T.V. Comcast boxes and handsets. Additionally, she was incredibly informative and explained many things to me and encouraged me to call her if I needed any help. Appointment was conducted in a timely manner and I was given updates before. Great service.

After experiencing frustration with installing a big screen TV in my living room a couple of years ago I decided to have Geek Squad install my new LG OLED 55 inch in the master bedroom. It was a great experience. The agent was fast and synced all my devices to the new TV. It was a great experience and I will have Geek Squad install a replacement for the living room TV in the near future.

Purchased a 65" LG TV and a wall mount. The Geek Squad did a great job with the TV installation, and thoroughly explained the options in the TV menu. They also installed the TV on a Rocketfish wall mount purchased from Best Buy. Great attention to detail, explained how to use the mount, and then cleaned up after their work.

The Geek Squad did a superb job of installing my TV. They were knowledgeable, organized, and cleaned up any mess that was created. They were also very pleasant.

They installed my TV with professionalism and care and followed all my building’s HOA rules without a problem. They had a great attitude and were very helpful and nice. I recommend them without hesitation. They were even early which was nice and the updated me the new schedule in addition to calling the day before about their estimate arrival time. The Geek Squad technicians were courteous and did a great job putting up our 85” and 43” televisions in our basement. They cleaned up afterwards and answered all my questions. They installed and set up the televisions.

Jared is the best! Such a professional and efficient installer! Great personality and very knowledgeable! He made sure I knew how to work my new TV before he left… made sure my place was near and tidy when he took away all the boxes and old equipment!

I wish I could remember his name, but he was the most efficient, fastest and highest quality installer I have ever had. He installed three big screens in under an hour and a half flat and reprogrammed my TVs to make it easier to switch between the apps and different media without me even asking! Can't say enough great things about him.

The geek squad team of 2 came and were courteous and professional. They made quick work of my old set, handle my new one with care and set things up very quickly. They turned off the settings that would have annoyed me. Overall, they save me a ton of time and I would highly recommend them.

The TV was placed on the fireplace and all my devices/available programs were added the Guy did a great job.
