We had 2 bad TVs installed before this one. New crew installed it. Much better crew

The agents were incredibly helpful and polite. Very professional and did a great job in a short amount of time. Were also patient and extremely helpful showing me how to use the new TV. A+++++

The Geeks came out and mounted two tvs in my house. They were extremely professional and did an outstanding job.

The techs were efficient and explained every step of the process, including how to interface with several different video sources. They also answered all questions clearly and made sure we could use the controller to do all common functions and access setup menus to customize when desired.

Professional technician. I wondered how difficult to mount a 75 inch tv. Kevin who did the mounting does know, did with ease and professional.

The two guys that delivered and setup my TV were very professional and wasted no time in doing everything to insure that all went well. They put my old TV in the box from my new TV and installed my new one and set it up for easy startup. They were great and did a wonderful job.

The folks were very professional and prompt. i was pleased with their work but not with being able to hide the power cord as was promised when I purchased the product. I am still waiting on the Best Buy store to contact me to resolve the issue. The Geek Squad executive called me and told me the store would be contacting me.

The original installers where terrible, in over thier heads. If that wasn't bad enough, they scratched our new TV console. Best Buy stepped up and sent a new crew who went above and beyond, did a great job!

Geek squad did an excellent job! They confirmed the exact mounting location, securely mounting an extra large (98 inch) TV, and cleaned up their mess along the way. Highly recommend for a safe and worry free service.

The team was awesome. Professional and beyond helpful in installing a new TV in my brother’s (has special needs) new home, and offered to mount his small TV in his bedroom. The techs arrived on time. They clearly communicated to me why they were here and how they were going to accomplish the job. Kept me up to date on the status of the job. They hooked up all items, demonstrated how they work. They cleaned up the work area and they actually left the area better looking upon their departure than upon their arrival. I would highly recommend the geek squad for this service.

Jeff was friendly, pleasant and explained exactly what he was doing, He suggested we replace our power strip with a surge protector. which we agreed was a good idea. The bracket was mounted, TV set up, and the sound bar linked with no problem at all. He showed us how to operate new TV and sound bar. Very good job
