These guys are the best and worth their weight in pixels. They were very knowledable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them for any large tv or mount install. Two tv installs and one mount install and finally a disposal--In less than 3 hours ! No price can be put on the peace of mind that these professionals bring. I was very impressed by the 2 Geek Squad installers work. They were very confident in the proper procedure to install and mount on my wall. They set up the TV to maximize viewing accuracy for the room and light exposure. Both were personable and gained my trust immediately.

Very professional, efficient and thorough in how they did the installation and offered guidance in how to position the tv based on the mount used and accessing the tv for connecting additional cables later on. The guy was great, polite, professional. Even wore booties over his shoes to prevent a mess. We had bad weather. The TV was mounted great so far. We haven't really moved into that guest bedroom, but if feels strong & sturdy, turns nice, etc. The only complaint I could have was he left a bit if garbage from the shipping box on the floor but I still give him a 10!

I bought this tv onsite once I read reviews about TCL televisions online. Out of the box the tv was beautiful. It was light and easily mounted on the wall. After understanding how to adjust the settings this TV actually had a beautiful picture. Unfortunately the sound was muffled and lacked the clarity of my previous Samsung TV.

The Geek Squad came to my house on time and introduced themselves. They proceeded to relocate my wide screen television down about 5 inches. The private party that had installed my set just put the new, larger screen right back in the same location. This was causing neck strain because it was too high. The G Squad guys were quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves, and they made sure my wife was comfortable with the new heighth.

The Geek Squad is great! They tried to use our existing mount for our new 77 inch TV, but showed us how it would not work anymore, and replaced it then and there with zero issues. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant and professional.

The Geek Squad team devised a plan and came with a strategy to install the TV. The TV was mounted at 12 feet, centered and leveled correctly. Top notch job Geek Squad.

Geek Squad is very prompt and courteous. They did a great job. Your Call center is a mess though. I won't call them, I have gotten the manager's e-mail and now I get great service. You guys should fix the call center. It is the worst I've ever worked with.

Excellent service they installed my tv very fast. I always get excellent service from the geek squad.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all devices. They were quick and did a good job. The TV picture is beautiful and the sound quality is better than my previous TV. Although I had to work with my cable company to program their remote, the agents left me with the Vizio remote in a condition that allowed me to watch TV before calling my cable company.
